This is the second dress I've purchased. Both times great experience, quality materials and true to size.
I can't imagine the hard work Tuckernuck does to be able to fulfill an order, shipped and delivered within an day. Congratulations, besides offering a great selection your customer service is impeccable.
Two items came in right away. Third item, a pair of pants, have been in UPS limbo for a week. Still waiting. Love the shirt and sweater though!

The dresses I ordered looked great on the site but turned out to be made of a cheap fabric. They were not well tailored and did not drape well. I was very surprised given the reputation of the brand and the price of the clothing.

I immediately returned my dress because it did not fit and was not credited for my return although my tracking shows it was received by Tuckernut days ago.
The return policy is not satisfactory. I purchased an item for $214.74 that I had to return due to sizing issue and I am getting refund for $190.67?
Not acceptable.
I needed clarification that with the return label provided to me, I would not have $5.00 deducted from my return.
Pretty dresses that came, but I paid for 2 day shipping and received my items 4 days later. They did not arrive for my engagement photo shoot.
