My items that I returned due to size were quick and easy!
For some reason, Fed Ex sent the package back (address was changed?). Unless I would have followed-up with Fed Ex and Tuckernuck, I would never have gotten my dress. Once I emailed Tuckernuck with all the tracking info, they responded with professionalism and speed to get me the order. I wish Tuckernuck would have contacted me initially to save about a week of confusion.
Lining of this dress has static electricity and crawls up. I love the dress and will take it to my tailor to see what they can do. If you have any suggestions, please advise.

The dress was cute. Unfortunately it was full of snags. After spending a lot of money of it you would think it would be a higher quality. It was not. It was a waste of money.
I really wanted the dresses I ordered to work for me, but the styles I like are just too short for me, even though I'm only 5"5'. They really are mini, which is too bad since I love everything else about them!asn
As you can see from the thousands of dollars I've spent with you that I keep coming back. Only two complaints. More recently I've noticed some clothing just isn't as well made as the past. I've had to return a few items because the lining of the dress was not sewn in properly. The other is on 1 top and 1 dress the colors need the armpits ran and I had to return since it was unsightly.
Tuckernuck has become my go to whether for dress, professional or casual attire. The selection is superb and the service is even better.
Always love pooping in to see what's there - the ladies were so helpful! I had a return, ordered some shoes, felt the need for some red pants, checked of hostess gifts for a while.and even grabbed some ornaments. One stop shopping!
Ordered 3 dresses for holidays. All were very cute, comfortable & reasonably priced
The only problem I see is that it's quite slow to upload various photos, switch colors, etc. Otherwise, very easy to use, delivery is on time or early. Returns are very easy and free.
I have ordered several dresses and tops from Tuckernuck and have loved everything I've ordered. The quality is exceptional and when I want something different and classy, this is my go to!
The site was very easy to use. Unfortunately I needed to return the Sandels as they were very uncomfortable. I love the dress I bought however. Thank you.

I purchased 2 pair of jeans online and returned them. I have not received a refund. Their website has a phone number listed but no one answers. They also state they have an online chat feature, which doesn't work.
My package was lost in the mail. When I contacted Tuckernuck they immediately shipped a replacement to ensure I had my dress before my trip.
