Great customer service and the product choices are incredible.
The dress fits perfectly. I dry cleaned it before wearing as instructed. I was surprised that it was fully lined which made it more special. I enjoyed and will enjoy wearing this dress!

Beautiful dress but the sizing is off. I bought a tartan plaid dress earlier in the year in size medium and it fits perfectly. This dress is way too big in the bodice and down.

I have needed to speak in person. I have called many many times, left messages, asked for a contact returned and received NOTHING! I so like your products - have made numerous orders but have definitely shared with folks that you are truly UNAVAILABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL CONTACT.

I ordered three dresses. One, an XS was too big. 2 were S and were too small! Then they were sold out in the size I wanted. Disappointing!

Customer service had been lacking with Tuckernuck. Recently had the best experience so I'm feeling better. I placed an ordered and within minutes realized I had wrong size. I called to see if I change it. Was told out of luck order placed nothing I could do. I thought it was crazy to pay postage I would send back and reorder. Charging my card twice. So upsetting when it was literally minutes. When the item arrived I was so upset. Called one more time and they overnighted the correct pair even before I returned the item I had in hand. Could not have been more helpful.
I received my boots (ordered a size smaller per peoples suggestions) and they're PERFECT! Love them! So many compliments!
I love the top and the quality of the make and fabric. The one problem is the smell of the fabric. I have been airing it out for days to try to get rid of the smell!
I think we all shop more freely when returns are quick and efficient. Shopping on line can be challenging and mistakes are made. I do wish there was a return reason" just didn't flatter" as quite frequently the garment is fine but for whatever reason, it simply doesn't feel like something you would look forward to wearing. Hence, returns are inevitable. Knowing Tuckernuck makes the process headache free is critical.
