I was already using a pretty decent charger but was tempted to check this brand out as my friend was speaking so highly of it. It was quite affordable so I managed to do that. I was shocked at the difference of speed and considering that the one from Titan is much cheaper makes it even more impressive.
I have been a loyal customer of theirs and I am sure that anyone who purchases their products will also take a similar stance as me. The pricing is super affordable and I don't think you will get better quality products at the same range anywhere else.

Avoid this company. I asked them BEFORE I ordered a cable, which cable would fit my phone. After they told me, I ordered it. When it came and didn't fit, I contacted them. At first they offered me a discount to buy a different one. After several emails, and my sending pictures, they finally sent me a different cable. That one didn't fit also. After over a week of back and forth emails, including me sending a requested video of the cord not fitting, they then told me the first cable fits my phone. I'm done arguing with these idiots that refuse to refund my payment. STAY away from these shysters.
My charger is less than a year old and it has already come apart at the connection sight and it isn't a fast charger like they promised I hate leaving bad reviews but this isn't something I can just ignore
The charging dock is a superb product. I can easily use my phone even when it's charging. I have tried other charging docks but this one is the most convenient that I have used to date.
I really liked the cables. I ordered 4. After 4 months, one broke; it frayed at the connection site. I saw they had a lifetime warranty. I sent a note via the website. Nothing. I then sent an email. Nothing. Called. They answered! But it was a recording saying to submit a note via the email or website. Tried again. Sent pictures. And again and again. Nothing. Don't know if they are even in business anymore. Lousy, lazy, deceitful company. I would have added a picture and my receipt but the option below doesn't WORK!
The products I got from them were all impressive. I do not have any bad experience at all whenever I order from them and they always make the deliveries on time. My favourite one among the products is the dock charger which is an absolute beast of an item.
I don't think this is a legit company. The website promises 2 week delivery to Australia. But I've been waiting 3 weeks and it hasn't even left China yet. In fact the shipping says nothing has been done since the order has been made. Starting to think I've been caught in a scam. Every time they email they say the same thing with no answers. Telling me to call my local post office, why would I do that if it hasn't even left the first country yet?
I purchased 4 cables and 3 of which became faulty. I emailed customer service and their excuse is that "in some 'rare' situations they send out faulty cables". They asked that I provide them with a video or photo of proof of the faulty cable. After providing them with video proof of their defective product, I waited two days to follow up just for them to ask for more proof of the cables. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm speechless now. Just do yourself a favour and spend the extra money for the real thing. At least you get a warranty. Because that's what good company's do.
My order was placed on 4 Jan and to date (26 Jan) it has not left the factory. I queried this over 2 weeks ago and they told me it was with Australia Post and gave me a tracking number. However, the tracking number is false; Australia Post does not recognise the number and TitanPower's website still shows the product as "order ready" not "in transit". Given this experience I cannot believe the positive reviews on your site and the negative reviews all support my experience
Bought a cable early this year (USB-C to Lightning) to use with my new car and Apple Car Play. It broke within a few months and I figured it was just a faulty one-off. Their support was good to send me another cable, however, within a few months AGAIN; the new cable would not work. The USB-C side never leaves the port and all I do is plug the lightning side in a few times a day. I'm back to using the original Apple cable which has been completely fine.
A complete waste of money, I don't care if they sent me another cable; the fact is I spent $$$ for a cable less than a year ago and now it is useless.
I don't think that anyone would be disappointed with this product. Me and a lot of people I know exclusively use their products and I have never seen these chargers being a problem for anyone.

Price range is quite affordable and relevantly low as well when compared to other brands.
Cheap cables not special at all and really aggressive sales tactics. They've emailed me relentlessly since I purchased a couple of very average cables which I highly doubt will last longer than average. I would suggest all the hype and you tube is bought and paid for
The customer care team at Titan Power Plus have some of the best customer care professionals I have ever encountered. They are very quick with their responses and provide you with answers that are specific to your question and not read out of a manual.
I was having some trouble determining which charger would be most compatible with my phone as I am a noob when it comes to electronics. The customer care executive I got connected to was very patient and was sweet enough to make a few suggestions according to my device's specifications. It was very helpful on their part.
The products are super cool and have a futuristic look to them. The charger comes with a guiding light near the pin to navigate the slot easily even if you are in the dark. Many of my friends have ordered a piece for themselves after they saw my new charger from Titan Power Plus.
They keep sending email to add more after your first order. They send false tracking page where you won't be able to track your order. Stay away from it.
