This is my first time to use this option of purchasing online. I recommend to my family members to do the same.

Used tireget.com as listen to the john fredericks radio show. Drove 50 mikes from Cape Charles, eastern shore VA.
Appointment was easy to make at Pep Boys. Tires ready and installed perfectly. Did an alignment and annual inspection all in one morning on my Toyota Tundra.

I made a mistake in ordering the right size tires. Tire Get said no problem. We will take care of it. The customer service is over and beyond. And the prices are incredible. What a blessing they are to me!

The website is tricky, both for me at home to order and for me and the shop clerk at the site

Dropped the car off at my appointed time, waited about 10 mins for the person in charge to take my keys. Seemed to be a little confused on the process. I left to do some things and called about 11:45 on the status, he said they were about halfway done. I said I'm about 40 mins away so I start over now. I arrived received more questions and finally called Tireget, things seemed to clear up so I walked around and saw my car on the lift, no tires were even on it. And hour and 20 mins later the car was done, more confusion around the computer and another 15 mins later I was on my way. I noticed the low air tire pressure on the dash, went home and added air, warning signal went out.

Visited TireGet.com. Bought my tires, scheduled appointment. Recieved reminder text then received Caradvise pass. Got new tires, signed and drove off. Luv it

During my time at Pep Boys, they didn't know how to handle it so they charged me for the tires even though you guys already charge me through the app but I called up Karr! Advise advised they said they would rectify it. Pep Boys screwed it all up.

A shopping experience is not rate-able till the product has arrived. So, the experience, so far, has been acceptable! My follow up one my TireGet experience. I am retired and now trying to learn restoration/modification. I have started with a 1964 Plymouth Valiant V200 4 door Sedan. It had not been tagged since 1997 I think. After reviving the slant 6 and painting it up it needed some rust repairs all down the driver's side. Mostly of the patch panels I hand fabricated and welded in, a first for me. Then I attempted my first paint job! Wow, I need a lot of practice doing that! So, having seen your promotions on John Fredericks' RAV program ordered a staggered set of inexpensive tires and was pleased with delivery, expecting "cheap" tires. They were tight installing on my hand mounting tool, but they look great on the Mopar Rally rims and the car feels great! I am well pleased with the performance! The next set of tires will be purchased at TireGet!
