Your service has always been great. Oh I love your shirts this is probably my third order at least but I am confused by the fact that it says I should have six shirts and I only received four. Perhaps they are in separate shipments but this one was certainly not a full bag. Feel free to get back to me
Shipping was fine, but the quality of this tee shirt is inferior. Material is thin, the white stitching makes the shirt look cheap. Size runs small.
I got the email saying my order was confirmed. A couple weeks later I got an email saying my package was delivered. I never received said package. I emailed them because in the email it stated in bold letters that if there is an issue or if you didn't receive your item to contact them (red flag?). I haven't heard anything back other than two emails asking me to rate them.

Shipping took several weeks. Colors were off from picture. The fit is good. Quality of t-shirt is good.

I had purchased 3 Tye Dye T shirts prior to this experience! I live in a rural part of New Mexico and don't receive any mail delivery from USPS only UPS or FedEx. I explained this to Tye Dye and in the past, they worked with me on getting it to my post office because it seems they only send by USPS. This time they told me we can't send your shirt to a PO Box, we need a physical address. So I added the PO Box after my physical address so that I would receive the shirt. Instead they canceled my order and gave me a refund! That is not what I wanted but there was no e-mails or discussion about it. I would never buy another shirt or recommend this company to any one!
I had an order of 4 hoodies, and it took 11 days for my order to begin shipping. A couple days before my order was shipped, I requested a refund and to cancel my order. They completely ignored that request.
I can understand shipping slower than other businesses if something is made 1-at-a-time, but they should certainly disclaim that fact at order. It's also worth mentioning that they didn't simply deny my request for refund, they sent a reply email as if I never requested one at all.
Their product is as high quality as it should be at their price point, which was nice. Overall, I would not recommend ordering from them, but I can vouch that their hoodies are nicely made.
Not even an email with expected shipping date... order was placed July 13. I emailed to ask about it, and got an answer that they were experiencing delays.
No estimate of when it would ship.
