After my recent retirement, following my son's advice, I've decided to try my luck in trading. Based on his experience with them, I've joined this firm. I found it to be very user-friendly, even for me, additionally they offer a lot of useful information to guide me. The main issue for me is trust, and after being their client for almost 4 months, I must note that I find them to be very straightforward and reliable. 10 points from me.

I'm only at the beginning of my trading experience, 3 months in, so maybe my opinion isnt truly relevant. But it was important for me to share my thoughts: each representative i've been in contact with made it so easy for me to start, i had and still have many questions and the guidance i was blessed with helped me to stay calm and manage things at my own pace. Hope that my mext review will be about the profits i made. Fingers crossed.

- The platform they use and show you is not a live platform, it is a demo account
- Original website I went through which was trading-academy.io who put me in contact with the wallstreetexchange.io has been taken down. This website offered trading courses, this was a scam who has taken money from people then shut down shop.
- They do not take credit card payments other then the first initial deposit, though their website says they do. Once this is done the only way to put money into your wall street account is to convert your money to crypto and send to their wallet – this is then untraceable. - They need to approve any withdrawals which helps them to keep a close eye on your account to ensure you are not withdrawing anymore then you invested. I invested over 50k and only took out 1.5k. They show you how to withdraw at the start and always get you to do a small amount to trust the process. Keep in mind they need to approve each withdrawal. This is unheard of in legitimate trading companies.
- One thing this company will also do is put "credit" in your account which appears they are doing you a favour though you are not allowed to withdraw anything whilst this is in there. This is a way that they can hold you to their platform for longer without being able to withdraw money. This credit is not real money – they put over 80k USD in my account which would not be sustainable for a company especially doing this for many clients.
- The account manager open trades on your account – this was my downfall. Once I told them I wanted to withdraw my investment and keep over 100k USD in the account to continue (which wouldn't have been real money) they opened trades on my account which is how I lost it all. The frustrating thing for me is that the account managers are constantly talking about risk management and yet they are the ones who put the trades on my account which ended in me losing all my money. I would have thought that they would have taken into consideration that if the markets turned for the worst that all my money would not be in play and my account wouldn't have been drained. In my opinion this was their way of taking my money and making it appear that I lost it legitimately through trading – I have read another count of this where this happened to another person also.
- They put you in a hedge position and tell you the only way you can get out of it is to invest more money
- They try to convince you to take out a loan – they tell you to tell the bank is for home renovations. (I have come across this on another person's review also)
- The account managers always say they are busy with clients one after the other however if you are depositing money into the platform they have all the time in the world for you
- Call you from a different number and location each time
- Account managers for me were Andrew Klavan and Joseph Kent – I cannot wait until karma comes for these two

This is a classic scam – they have gone so far so create fake news stories using reputable reporters showing how they made money which was through this company to suck you in.

All of the positive reviews on this website are FAKE.

Trading with WSE since 2020, it took me a year and a half to figure out why I am not making the profits I aim to. There is a clear reason they offer you the support of an account manager, i'm ashamed to admit that despite all the research i made over the years I weren't maximising the use of various indicators. Matthew opened my eyes to new techniques and tricks that already have been showing on my profits. Please accept my great appreciation.

I've been trading with WSE for 11 months now. The platform is impressively simple (MT4/MT5). Their demo system is perfect for novices who want to learn the art of trading without risk. So far, the support from customer service has been really good, with no major issues with executing trades. I like that the spreads are fixed, which is a positive thing. No problems with the withdrawal aspect.

Fair spreads, good assistants for beginners. Had my first withdrawal after four months of trading, with minimum challenges. My advice for beginners is to practice each trade on the demo account before you trade real money. I do it myself, and it usually helps me to build a safer strategy.
I'm working with Mr. Moore as my account manager, so if you join this broker, ask for him, he is a master of his craft.

It has been just over a year since I started trading with this broker. Love their services. The customer department deserves special recognition for their patience and efficiency. In my opinion, the online chat is the best way to contact them, the email is also highly responsive, but the chat is my favourite.

Over a few hard years, WSE has become my safe shore. After many attempts to get a grasp on trading strategies, I finally ran several live accounts and managed four demo accounts.
When I write this, it sounds too easy, but believe me when I tell you that I was lost on many occasions. The fact that I opened an account with them when I had no money left Didn't make sense. The reason for me leaving this feedback is to let other lost traders know that stuff like this happened, but it's only a phase, and if you need a fair and decent place that knows how to take care of your money and you as a client, I can tell you that this firm is one of a kind.

During my two months of trading with your firm, I have been impressed with the swift deposit and withdrawal process. However, I have noticed some delays in placing and closing orders. To improve the trading experience, I recommend exploring the possibility of upgrading your servers. This addition would improve the speed of execution and ensure quick order closure.

My trust level in this broker is surprising even to me. What sets it apart is the wide selection of indicators it offers. Another aspect that I find extremely useful is the option of a test account, which is perfect for new users to practice and evaluate their decision-making skills.
One area that could be improved is the way the indicator charts are displayed. Sometimes there's not enough space to display all the indicators, so having the ability to view them in different windows would be a great improvement.

I recently started to trade with this firm and although I had some challenges on the way, it is what I expected.
Despite some of the drawbacks ill mention shortly I did manage to make some successful trades with this firm.
There were instances where I would've appreciated faster response time from customer support and although the fees were reasonable, I do believe they were a tad higher than other platforms. But again, there are advantages and disadvantages and im still happy trading with them.

The resources to learn from on this platform can be improved. I was a bit disappointed.
However, if it wasn't for these pros I wouldn't still be trading with them. They provide competitive pricing structure with low costs and fees. The way the representatives ensure security and protection of your assets and data leaves you with confidence and peace of mind.

I took a leap of faith. Trading is not my strong suit but I couldn't reject the opportunity that came my way. I had zero expectations and therefore my leap had to be hand in hand with faith or else I would be down in the dumps.
I've just completed three months and Andy Lewis has navigated me through the user-friendly interface. Showing me all the benefits, this firm offers such as the charting tool and technical analysis indicators. It was worth it to step out of my comfort zone. If not for the income that comes with it but to prove to me that although its not my strong suit it can still be a great experience

About the learning experience I've had so far, although it's been very fulfilling, it left me with more questions than i had before, this makes me very excited as I'm doing my own research and finding my path in this industry. Thank you for being my entering ticket.

The support provided is impressive, delivering a great experience. However, there is scope for software improvement. Interestingly, the web version seems to offer a more refined user experience.

I personally find it to be a little too expensive. However, the software is terrific for both beginners and experienced traders, as it offers a good understanding of Forex and other commodities.

You guys proved yourself as a revelation. I admit I was doubtful, all those reviews made me skeptical but my experience with you made the difference. Most of the credit goes to my account manager Deviid. His patience and knowledge improved my approach to trading 180 degrees.

My assigned account manager is Adam Smith and I have to say without his help I don't know where I would be. He is helpful in every sense and is educated on all the recent trends in the crypto market, from Luna to NFTs and more. The wallstreet exchange works with a fairly easy trading platform which has made my experience on the platform pleasant.
