Joined and posted one thread. Apparently the owner Trinnity who has a bad rep said I was trolling cause she didn't like it and told me to leave. So I left. Enjoy your echo chamber. No wonder they are hurting for new members.

If you've been a member there for some time and you're in the CLICK on that site--then you're gold-BUT if you are a new member OR a older member who doesn't post often---you'll have one of the click members taking pot shots at you for a post u made which doesn't even involve memesofine-- but she gets involved anyway and THEN when you give an idiot member a dose of their own medicine all at once you have a admin involved I'm done with THIS forum & regret going back to it when i was asked to----frankly I'm amazed how many members had been BANNED when I went back to give it one more try

A site that at one time was a staunch Conservative & Christian site, willing to fight for truth & America is now a woke, unhinged site willing to ban those fighting for America & conservative & christian values.
The enemy has taken down another good site. Stay away. You have been warned.

This site is filled with racism and hate from people that call themselves "conservative". If you try and stand up to it, even slightly, you catch a ban. A person named "Trinnity" runs the site and pretends to be moderate, as long as you don't try and stand up to the crowd that hates anything not white, straight and male. It's Hitler's wet dream. Stay clear unless this is what you're into.

This site was fair to middling some years back, but the admin ran off all the decent people and only those that kiss her butt are left there now. The admin will dox you, report your IP to a spam list (when you weren't spamming), just all kinds of privacy invasion so be warned before signing up there.
Oh, and you can be banned with no warnings for no reason forever.

While most political forums devolve into tribalism with little tolerance for differing opinions.The Politics Forums, although it leans conservative, respects all political viewpoints provided they are done in a civil manner.
The modding is light and generally tolerant.
However, if you are there to cause trouble you will find yourself on the outside looking in rather quickly.

Unlike liberal/progressive sites, all are allowed to participate as long as they follow some simple rules. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid defense. Even though it is predominantly Conservative, it is not an echo chamber by any stretch of the imagination with many speaking their minds without being censored. The mods are fair but strict due to having so few rules. People who have given this site bad reviews usually went out of their way to break these rules. I broke one once. I was warned and that was it. I'm still there and wasn't banned over it. I've participated on this Forum since 2014.

Good discussion board with fair rules of conduct which are fairly administered. Those posting on the site are informed and usually not confrontational.

I was looking for a forum for political discussion and found The Politics Forums to be a good forum for me. What I like most is that most members are not rude, trolls don't last long, and modding is light but fair and sticks to some simple rules. Infighting and name calling is at a minimum. Most users seem conservative, but there is sufficient difference of opinion that it is not an echo chamber. Posts get plenty of reads, thanks, quotes and responses, so you never feel ignored.

In todays hyper critical online message boards, either conservative or progressive, its often difficult to filter through the personal opinions so often presented as fact.
I have the found The Politics Forum to be unsurpassed in honest, straight forward debate, on a wide variety of topics far beyond just politics.
If you are tired of one sided sites masquerading as "central" look no further.
All are welcome to visit, to engage, to join.

Wonderful place. Light moderating, able to speak your mind, no attacks. Anyone who isn't happy with this place has offended for one or more of the following reasons:

1. Attacking another member personally.

2. Posting garbage from conspiracy theory websites which are fly-by-night, here today, gone tomorrow.

3. PMing members in attempts to recruit to other forums, and PMing about porn sites, and weird junk about dolls.

4. When quoting a member in a reply, intentionally editing the original quote by leaving out certain words in order to fit an opinion.

5. Using the site as a dating site; PMing members as to their ASL, and asking for real names.

6. Refusing to follow the simple rules. Any legitimate political site has rules. With that said, if anyone has a modicum of common sense, any sense of personal responsibility and an IQ above that of a common houseplant is welcome there.
Also, if one doesn't like the place, no one held a gun to your head to join or stay. LEAVE. They also have no patience with people who hide behind a computer and make stupid, unwarranted, and fake reviews. If one has nothing better to do, I would strongly suggest getting a job.

I've frequented several political fora, and The Politics Forum (TPF) is my current home. Most of the other members generally behave like adults, and are capable of accepting that others might have different views. That being said, TPF is an avowedly conservative forum; progressives are welcome if they behave themselves and avoid trolling or insults.
Moderation is very light, and the moderators generally let the members sort out their own disagreements; trolls, however, are not suffered gladly, or for very long.
The overriding ethos of TPF is individual liberty and equality - not so-called "equity" which is nothing more than racism in another word - and the members that that seriously.

I did a fly-by of this website and briefly became a member before I was given a lifetime ban. It took two days and about a half dozen posts. I am a middle-of-the-road conservative. I was banned for objecting to the racist language and attitudes of forum members... a LOT of forum members. The forum is also overrun by anti-vaxxers. Any positive mention of gun control will get a barrage of insults. But it was the racist viewpoints that most annoyed me. My criticisms apparently went too far when I described the forum as a haven for white supremacists.
