I ordered an Amouage fragrance while I was out of the country and when I finally made it home, I opened the package and noticed that the bottle had the batch number scratched off, the QR code had been tampered with, and even the code under it was scratched off, preventing me from confirming if this is actually an authentic. I reached out to them with photos, explaining that I had been away, and explaining my concerns. Despite multiple attempts, the refused to help, saying that it had been more than 30 days, refused to acknowledge all the suspicious markings, explain what happened, and then just ignored my emails.

I bought a parfum on 7 January and they charged me an extra for delivering it in two days. I wrote in the order that it should be delivered until 9 January (I was leaving the hotel on 10 January). They have not delivered it until now (11 January). I left the hotel and the city without my package because the did not do their actions on time. And they refused to cancel the order with false excuses. Not professional company.

These people are a complete FRAUD. Item's bought never delivered, they issue FAKE tracking numbers, and y'all can tell from their accent they are Indians. These motherfkkers needs to be put 6 deep.
