I ordered two pair of earrings before Xmas (last year!) and I actually received two pairs of beautiful earrings a couple of months later. The problem: they were not the ones I ordered. The reason I'm still giving two stars is because the earrings I got were beautiful! Never wore them for another two months, thinking that they might want them back in exchange for the ones initially ordered. I exchange more than half a dozen messages on messenger and every time it seemed there is a new person reading about my complaint, asking again and again 'what's the problem?' I eventually started wearing the earrings I got. Too much aggravation and I realized that this is their tactic in dealing with the customers: 'if we wait long enough, they'll get sick and tired of complaining and will be fine! We are so far overseas that nobody can reach and harm us!' Now, reading other people complain, I got the idea that I'm actually one of the lucky ones. Mad, but lucky.

My Love ordered & paid for a Beautiful Green Opal Ring for $50 on Dec. 7,2021. The ring did NOT get to us until END of Feb. 2022! My Love ordered the ring for my CHRISTMAS gift! He tried contacting Needed Necklace & had to get a friend to try to help him reach SOME1 in the company but only got 1 reply that ring "is on way". 3 MONTHS it took ring to get here & it's ALREADY losing the rose gold color! Uggh! SAVE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE U WILL NEVER REACH THE COMPANY LET ALONE ANY1 TO HELP U... OR ME!

Cannot track the item, then get email saying it has been lost. No further information is available. Scammed my money. Never saw item. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a ring on April 30 and still have not received my product I have emailed them and they have yet to respond feeling a little skeptical it was a gift for my girlfriend it gonna be our anniversary

I ordered a size 12 ring and received a size10 per my ring mandrel. It fits my ring finger instead of pointer, as planned. I normally wear a size 9 on my ring finger but this ring is very wide. The stone in the photos is a rainbow moonstone. What I received is a plain white translucent stone, which looks like glass. Also the photos show a raised rounded design but you receive a flat stamped design with antiquing. I also doubt this ring is truly sterling silver based on the quality of the S925 engraving inside. From the issues shown in other reviews I won't bother returning as it does fit my ring finger and was only $45 (including shipping) "on sale". Better to go to a store where you can see and size before purchase.

I ordered my ring in the mail the other day, but now reading the review online I am not seeing much hope for this order. All the review online are awful, like: fake metal and stones, broken pieces, even the wrong piece comes in the mail. I understand the long wait because it comes from China but seriously if you want to make money don't rip off your customers. Hopefully The Needed Necklace does me well. So far they suck and I haven't even received my order yet.

Absolutely terrible, or should I say, non-existent customer service! My husband bought me a ring well over a month ago. My birthday is long gone, and I still have no ring, and no information as to it's whereabouts. The last several mails have gone unanswered, and no tracking information was provided. It was promised, but not provided. I am very disappointed, and have asked my husband to just request a refund, as this is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The "black gold" amethyst ring arrived in a decent amount of time, but looks NOTHING like was advertised. Size 5 is correct, and fits, but it's way too big and gawdy for to wear as the engagement ring as it was intended for. Smh ‍ The ring is not black (as it is in the pictures), and there's no markings on it whatsoever, to signify it is in fact the precious metal I paid $44.99 for. It reminds me of something out of a 25¢ gumball machine, and it's ridiculously too big and tacky to wear at all. I feel embarrassed even trying it on TBH... If it was even remotely something that resembled the ring advertised, and not a super bowl sized ring, I would be writing a better review. They claim to have a 30 day garuntee to "make things right" if I was unhappy, so we'll see how that goes. If this purchase has taught me anything, it's to never shop for an engagement ring online... ESPECIALLY from this company. If disappointment was an option, I would give it 5 stars.

I would NOT recommend buying from this site.
I ordered 2 rings, $ 90.00. When they arrived they did NOT look like the picture & quality was poor. The sizes were even off.
I cantacted them & they ignored my first email. After I sent a 2nd one, they responded with, " return the rings & we'll send the correct sizes.
I did not want this product, I requested a refund & they won't respond at all.
So I guess I'm stuck with the rings. Very disappointing.
In my opinion they won't be in business long with reviews like this.

Two specific issues with my order (a ring):

1) The style of ring I received, while similar to the one advertised that I ordered, is a different design. It is a more simple design, lacking the detailed band shown in the picture.
2) The description listed says "black gold filled"; however, the "black gold" finish began to wear off almost immediately and within 5 days, the prongs holding the center stone were completely showing the copper metal underneath, as is the actual band itself.

I understood that I was ordering from a company in China and that the shipping time would be long. It was, but that was expected. For $34.99 plus tax and shipping, I knew I was not purchasing an exceptional piece of high-quality jewelry. But I was not anticipating the "black gold" rubbing off almost immediately.

I read many bad reviews of this company online. Most were simply angry about the long shipping time, which I was already expecting, so I decided to take a chance. Companies from China have a bad reputation; many absolutely deserve it and consumers who do not research companies before purchasing learn the hard way. The Needed Necklace is aware of the cheap materials used in their jewelry. Now, so am I. And so are you.
