Be careful - there are so many scamming companies out there! I was so eager to get rich by trading CFDs that I joined the first CFD broker that offered me cheap services. Oh, what an awful mistake this was. They just took my money and started ignoring me, hanging up when I'm calling, and so… After 2 days, it was clear to me that I was scammed. Luckily, I found the global payback, and they succeeded in getting my money back for me. I will always be in your debt.

Allow me to start with the downside: I believe the process of money retirement can and should be shorter. On the bright side, I am happy with their conduct. Service is efficient, and their legal team did a great job as for my refund. Thank you, and keep at it!

Please, do not give this company any of your money. They are just another type of scam, and most of the positive reviews on here don't mention actual details so be wary of them. I reached out to Global Payback a few months ago because I lost over $18,000 to a site that claimed to do crypto-mining. That site disappeared along with all my funds and I was pretty desparate to get it back. When Maurice from Global Payback reached out to me, he seemed to really care, made it sound like they do this kind of recovery all the time. Said they would work "both ends" of the investigation and recovery. However, it was going to cost me $2000 up front for them to even get started, and they would still take another high percent of any recovery they got. I was hesitant about spending more money, so Maurice said they would let me start with half the payment so I could see how it went. I agreed, and then had to sign a contract as well as provide all the documentation for the scam. I gave them all the information I knew about the scam company (it's former website, my crypto payments, their emails, etc). I also gave them the 1k advance. Maurice then turned me over to somebody named Julia, who didn't really want to talk on chat and kept trying to get me on the phone to "explain the process". I wanted everything written down, not on the phone, and she didn't seem to want that. Nor did she seem to really be doing anything. Eventually after a month or so I asked Maurice what was going on since nothing seemed to be happening, and he provided an "investigation" report. It was a total joke. The report talked about the scam company, mostly information I provided to them and the rest easily obtainable from doing google searches and checking the ASIC sites. There was no deep dive into cryto wallets, no tracing of where the funds went, no advanced sleuthing tools, nothing. It was pretty disappointing. When I reached out to Maurice he didn't respond. When I asked Julia what was going on she said she was preparing a letter for my bank to do a charge back. So basically, I realized the main thing this company does it just go after your credit card or bank. Something you could easily do yourself if you just knew what to say to them. After another month I asked for an update, and Julia told me they won't move forward unless I pay the remaining 1k. So, in the end, what this company gives you is a worthless "investigative report", and chargebacks to your credit card\bank to get money. This of course can ruin your relationship with your bank if you're not careful. Again, please don't be victimized twice like me. Save your money.

It's so damn easy to steal money these days, now that people use Google Pay, and make wire transfers using their smartphones. The guy I dated sure took advantage of that. I got my justice, eventually, but I wish I wouldn't have needed The Global payback's service. With that said, they made a hell of a job. He will never steal again, believe me.

In the last decade, it seems social media has become one of the most scammers infested places. I work in marketing, so it's easy for me to spot suspicious ads and posts. It works, that's for sure. Global Payback managed to get 70% of my money back, more than I expected. Moreover, they have a professional and caring staff. I would like to mention though, that this great service comes with a not-so-cheap price - which can be a hurdle for people who lost EVERYTHING to a fraud

After I pay in front they promise me it's easy to trace my koney and get back to me in 1-4 months till now nothing happen, they keep telling me the bank should be reimburse my money the bank sent me already a final written outcome that they can't do nothing about online trading scam, global payback should get my money back to the scummer as they trace already where is my money goes, hoping I will not get another scum to this compony.

Only after going through the Global Paybacks site that I understood that I fell into a common scam. This made me feel I am not alone. Someone impersonated my brother and asked me for money, and of course, I agreed. Addressing the Global Paybacks was the right choice - they did a nice job. However, I just want to mention it took longer than I thought it would.

Can you think of a dumber way to lose so much money? I have a soft spot for beggars and others that are in a poor financial situation. I couldn't imagine that YouTube commercial was a fraud. Do you know those commercials that tell you a heartbreaking story about a child with the C word? Be careful of these. In any case, The Global Payback not only recovered my funds - they also did it in a very sensitive manner. They kept me updated on everything, and were so nice and open to questions and also just to listening. Thank you so much!

A Very professional and hard working team behind the GlobalPayaback. I lost about 90K of my grandparents's money to an online scam and they were able to get me back almost all of it. Global Payback is proof that there are still good people on the internet. Lesson learned and thank you again.

We all know that a big portion of the SMSs we get are probably viruses or scams. In most cases, it's obvious. But sometimes the scam is so well-tailored to the victim that people fall for it. That's what happened to my husband. He got an SMS, allegedly from his bank, about some suspicious activity in this account. He fell for it, gave them some sensitive data - you know the rest. If it weren't for The Global Payback, we would have had to deal with bureaucracy by ourselves. Of course, we couldn't and didn't want to do that. Global Payback did this dirty job for us.
