Unfortunately I returned this topper. It made the mattress softer but was too fluffy. Getting out of bed for nightime visits to the bathroom was not easy. I had some back pain just trying to get out of the fluffy cloud.
Very easy to place my order. The reviews on Wirecutter made my decision to purchase this mattress topper.
I received part of my order. The pillow cases that I ordered are on back order. The hardest part of my order was to decided on which set of sheets to order because there was so many that I really liked!
I did have trouble checking out. I had to try several times before it would go through
I found the website easy to navigate and the item descriptions and photos to be excellent. I orderd the down duvet I wanted and I was very pleased with the quality as well as the quick delivery.

Great selections, but it won't let me enter my billing address
I recently bought a King plus down comforter on line during a sales event for a birthday gift. A discount code was sent to me and did not work but I still bought the blanket. I left a note for Customer Service and was happily surprised and grateful when Customer Service called me back and credited me the 40% discount price. Very happy with The Company Store. Will be back.

I love these pajamas! They are so comfortable and pretty. I am tall (5'7") and they are plenty long enough for me which is hard to find. I really wish they would bring back the emerald green and the deep burgundy colors. They were my favorites. Over the years, I've ordered 8 pairs.

It was hard to navigate between pages - specifically to get back to the original item after I had ordered another item. I wasn't able to log in with the number you gave me so I must have an account but I couldn't find my old password and you didn't give me a chance to ask for a new password for an existing account.
Website was super easy to use, I bought 2 new sets of towels, and 2 new bath mats/rugs. The towels are soft and absorbent. The mat I kept is really nice, soft but sturdy fabric, perfect color match. I returned one mat as it was not a good color match. I'm very happy with the products. Also, and easy return.

Easy to use - lots of choices - great products and fair prices
I ordered a beautiful comforter it came in and I loved it. BUT, it was too heavy and I had to return it. I was disappointed but I just couldn't use it.

I had numerous hiccups placing this order, but most specifically I could not review the monogram I requested once the robe was in the cart, on mobile. You have no in person customer service

Comforter was ok for the price. Unless you want to fork out anywere from 400 and up.You almost get what you pay for at 200 or so.

Queen size feather bed cover. I purchased a feather bed fr Company Store probably 30 years ago which is perfect to this day. Wanted to try a zipper cover, which is exactly what I received. My only suggestion would be a slightly larger zipper. Fabric very nice.
