These people are signing anyone who asks for a single form at the $1.99 price (as indicated on the website as on this past week), $59.88. They sign you up for a year. When I wrote and called their answering service, They sent this bogus policy via email (they don't talk directly) stating in so many words, that you are obligated to purchase the yearly rate when you order one document.
They don't even live up to their 7 day refund policy. They delay their receipts also. That way they can get your bank payment before you realize they have cheated you.

How ridiculous that they are saying I am renewing a subscription that supposedly is ending at this expressed date and time I ordered and paid $1.98 for 1 document! How unscrupulous!

They are thieves!

This company will quietly enroll you in a yearly membership even if you never opted in. They'll keep charging you every year and refuse to issue refunds. The whole setup feels predatory and designed to trap customers with recurring payments they never agreed to.

I need a template for my business. The agent who assisted me is not helpful and doesn't know her job. I ask how to edit, but she keeps saying I need a free template. Beware of this company. I signed up for a trial which you have to give a credit card up front and before the trial period was up they had charged my credit card $59.88. When I contacted the company to discuss what had happened it took another several days for them to find the issue but by then had charged my card another $59.88 and for another month. I received an email that my trial was ending and immediately responded to them what was going on and cancelled any further subscriptions but then they charged me for a Business plan for which I did not sign up for at another $239.99. They did refund the two $59.88 charges but refuse to refund the $239.99 for the Business subscription I never signed up for to begin with. Even having all the evidence of what was happening they still refuse saying I was beyond the 7 day trial period. Please be aware of this company. There are better services out there than this one.

Just another $#*!ty company with a scheme. You can't see anything without buying and you can be refunded if its not what you're looking for. So they keep the $144 you had to spend for the YEARLY (NOT MONTHLY) and you get nothing. Sounds about right.

I needed a Construction templates. I got the best template and I got it using my subscription and bundle. The customer support team are very responsive.

You've gotta check out Template.net, seriously. Their customer support team is next level - super chill, patient, and totally accommodating. If you ever need help, they've got your back. It's like having a buddy in the template world. High-five, Template.net!

When i signup for free after interring using by google id they keep ask payment. There is no page for unsubscribe it says 404 error message

They advertise that they have free templates but after you sign up there are only paid options. Don't bother signing up.

Very poor instruction on how to preview any templates. So I went by the description. Here is the "professional" letter of intent they sent me.

These 'templates' are rubbish. Buy them at your peril. There's nothing of any substance, just a couple of pages with 3-4 sentences and a self promotion page. Don't waste your money.
