I ordered a customized shirt in early May for my hubby for fathers day. I still havent received it and its the middle of July. I emailed them twice. Still no response. Where's my $40, where's my shirt? DONT BUY FROM THEM! If possible, I'd give a zero. Im reporting them to BBB and consumer affairs!
I purchased a T-shirt for $25 and after waiting 3 weeks to receive it, it arrived damaged. The colors were faded and there are tiny holes in the fabric. I tried contacting Teezily's customer service on many occasions and they are unresponsive.
This company is full of $#*!. I placed an order on may 13th and it's already July 7th and i have yet to received anything. You can't even reach customer support. I tried calling and the call doesn't go through and i tried sending them an e-mail and it will just generated another basically saying that at the moment no one can assist you. I highly think this is a website that is just for show and loves scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Delivery arrived two weeks late, despite expedited shipping and assurances it would make it in 2-3 days. No responses to emails sent to customer service.
Garbage service that will hopefully not survive long.
I ordered an over priced T-shirt in a size larger than I wear. It took weeks to arrive, the material is super thin and it is sized more like 2 sizes smaller than it is labeled. I asked how to return it (twice)and weeks later got a reply that I have to send pictures of the shirt being measured to prove it is too small. I should just be able to return or exchange it. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. Never buy from them, there are plenty of better companies to give your business.
I ordered of this company and paid extra for express delivery which should have been yesterday 15th june but ive had email saying 3 /7 working days. It coat £21 extra for postage
I ordered a hoodie 3 weeks ago for Father's Day, they took my money immediately and gave me a order code, signed in to check the status of my order and it says I never made one yet the $60 was taken from my account. I've emailed them 3/4 time's with no response. I will be plastering all over social media to warn people to never order from here. If it were an option I'd give negative stars.
I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend for Father's Day and it's still not here. Paid for expedited shipping three weeks ago. I have called multiple times and have been assured my item would be here in time. I have asked for a refund multiple times and have been refused.

Ordered a onesie for Mother's Day gift. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Took a month to arrive. Poor quality. Size too small. Emailed response from Teezily customer service was laughable. They obviously don't care if you are happy or not. Got your money and ain't giving it back. Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon where at least there is recourse for a-holes like this.
7 weeks later no product no communication. Ordered a 1st mothers day set bow 4 weeks after my wife's First mothers day and product still hasn't arrived. Zero reply communication f3om company. Absolutely useless
I ordered a onesie for my daughter to wear on Mother's Day. I paid extra for the speedy shipment and processing. It never came. I have contacted them 5 times telling them I never received my order and that I wanted my money back. I get the same response that they can't refund me. It is now May 25th still no product or a refund. Save your money don't do it. Go else where
I receive my t-shirt last night, i really like it. My family member also like it. I am really exaited
I always order from them either a t-shirt or a sweatshirt and I get them with all different sayings on them
