Not the correct height
The overall privacy screen was fine. The product looked well-made. It is the incorrect height for my fence. I called to ask if I could return it and get the height I needed, but was told it wasn't an option. I could go online and order another custom-made privacy screen, which was the best they could do. I am really disappointed with the customer service. I could barely understand the person I was speaking to. I was put on hold for a very long time, then told there was nothing they could do to assist.
Perfect Fit
Do not buy from anyone else. Do not buy from Amazon or Temu. This company makes it right for a great price. It’s well worth the money.

Awesome!
When it arrived, it was vacuum sealed. Installed it 2 days after getting in the mail. I attached this to a hard awning on my 5th wheel camper.
I used S hooks ( crimped) in the awning to hold it up. Than used bunjies to keep it taught with some movement.
The 90% is excellent for privacy, on porch no one can see you and vice versa. You can see shadows which is perfect. This helps keep the morning sun off the porch and also much cooler in camper / porch.
Pitchers backstop
We used this for a backdrop for the pitchers in a bullpen and it works great. It is well built and looks very sharp at our field. Probably will need to purchase another one or two for our other bullpens at fields.
Easy to order & quick to receive
I am really pleased with my purchase! Not only are the privacy screens good at doing what I expected them to do, they arrived quickly after an easy time placing the custom-made order.

Never received order when checking shipping updates just continually reads "In production." Requested a refund as the event/use I was intending this for has since past. Not a peep from the company after receiving an automated email response that customer service would respond within 2 hours. It's been two days. Hope others have a better experience.

Premium Fence Privacy Screen - Black Purchased
Received order recently. Unpacked and was immediately impressed that my order of 3 privacy screens came in a sealed vacuum bag. Opened bag and measured my custom ordered to size fabric. All came as order on the easy-to-use custom order section on web site. The quality was solid and the extra touch of heavy fabric border that is well sewn was unexpected and very appreciated. I also had a great experience with the customer service person who helped me make the choice of fabric over the phone. Company is U.S.A. based with great quality and service. What else could anyone ask for? Thanks well done Tarps&All Team!

I was supposed to get the tarp on Tuesday and still have not received it.
Not as advertised
The tarps came without grommet holes, so not at all as advertised.

One panel has a circle an number 7 on it... the zip ties failed about 10%... in one of the bags

I paid for expedited shipping, received random emails that contradicted each other! Already receiving this survey but I don't have the product!
D rings don't line up
I bought two identical panels to close off the end of a building kind of like a shower curtain and the D rings don't match each other so I can't fasten them together in the middle
Excellent workmanship
My piece arrived within a few days of our electric gate being installed. As I went to drape it over the gate my wife noticed there were no grommets. I said no there right……Oh there aren't any grommets.
So, I'm not sure where to go at this point
