Bad & Slow Order Processing
Ordered a tarp 12 x 5, it took the "design team" over 10 days just to acknowledge my order and then requested another review before proceeding. I told them ( with photo) exactly what I wanted but still took about 10 days to open order. Requested refund and went to competition.
