Poor Customer Service
The mesh shade i ordered is great. Customer service does not exist. If you call, al you get is a recording saying this call is being recorded. The recording just constantly repeats itself. No one ever answers the phone. If you email, you will never receive a reply. Horrible customer service. Will shop elsewhere.
Tarp
Bought this tarp to use to protect our pool equipment from the harsh Arizona sun! Tarp is right size and shades the equipment perfectly.

Material seems good but unfortunately they didn't work for my project. They are a little bigger than requested. I'm out of a few bucks but it was worth a try.

Since fedex is terrible, as usual they delivered it to the wrong place so didnt recieve my order.
Did not receive the product and customer service has no answers
I emailed a few times and received answers that someone would get back to me. Nobody did, and the email was different than the company name. I called today and the representative had no idea what to say and in the end I asked to cancel the order. I lost 2 weeks when I could have gotten the product from somewhere else.
