Schedule means nothing ot this vendor
I placed this order on 3/27/26 with a ship date of 4/13/26. Despite several attempts to find out the status of my order, I never received any response. Finally on 4/14/26 I was able to talk to "customer service" on the phone and found out that they were going to 'attempt" to ship my order within about 48 hours but could not confirm the ship date. At this point this custom fire $#*!ent tarp will be of no use to me - I originally purchased this tarp for a specific function in a project that will likely be completed prior to the delivery of the tarp. I had one previous purchase from this firm and all went well. However, after this fiasco I will not be purchasing any products from them. This turned out to be an expensive lesson in incompetance.
