Screw ups at every turn it seems
A week after I placed my order I got an email asking for feedback on the product. I called and they said well the product hasn't been made but it's shipping very soon. I got a notice saying that it was going to be delivered on June 6. On June 8, I opened a ticket asking where my product was. I got an email back saying that the product was done but because production issues it couldn't be sent out for 3 to 5 days and would take another 5 to 7 days to arrive. I'm having a hard time understanding how a product that is already finished could take 3 to 5 days to go out the door. Additionally, with a potential two week delay in delivery, which I'm assuming would be a problem for your company, how is it that I got no notice that there would be a delay? I see your ads all the time on Facebook, and you look like a pretty successful company. But this seems like pretty poor customer service to me.

Sitting here with no tarps
I gave exact measurements and uploaded images as requested. Yet, the designer look at the tarps I already had up and asked if I wanted grommets at the bottom instead of the weighted chain as I ordered. If I wanted grommets, I would've ordered grommets and if I was going to keep the same tarp I currently have up, why would I order a new one? I ordered three curtains and now I'm asked to check measurements again and give them details on how I ordered 3 and she only asked about 2.? Sitting here weeks later, still no tarps and pollen is swiftly moving in. No, I am not happy at all.

Product looks good Fast shipper
Patio winter curtains arrived today, a week early! Only reason for 4 star is ordering was a little confusing. I saw one with options for a zipper and edge webbing but when I placed the order those options disappeared. Ordered anyways as I could live without the zipper and the photo illustrating the one ordered showed edge webbing, but arrived without one. Will update when I install and see how it holds up.

Grommets twice the size as I was told. Glad I didn't waste $500 and ordered a 4 foot sample. Will not order from them. Bad information

Beautiful, well made product.
Quick delivery, well made and looks good too! Was prepared for 1-2" oversized but was actually 4" undersized. I think it was cut to size, and edges were folded over for added strength for the grommets.

Very nice quality product.
Fit was overall pretty good. Two sections did not come with bottom grommets as requested. Definitely not a deal breaker. Installed the vinyl panels today on back patio. The difference is amazing,… with a propane heater,…we now have added a lot more usable time on the patio during cold weather. Very happy. Should have done this a long time ago!
Haven't received
You shouldn't ask for a review of a product that hasn't been received yet. If I had known that the tarps were made in India, probably would've went in a different direction. Hopefully the quality is good. Will update the review after I receive.

I'm covering a Peafowl cage. This vinyl tarp is exactly what I was looking for. I can roll it up during the summer and drop it during the winter! Measurements are exact. My peacocks are happy and I'm happier!

Custom vinyl
Bought vinyl curtains last year for our covered deck. What a great product. Went through the fall and winter protecting our deck from high winds, snow and rather nasty weather. Best part was they were custom cut to my specs. Customer service double checked to make sure all was correct. Arrived in a timely manner Very happy. Ordered a second set for my other deck.

This was my 2nd purchase of clear vinyl tarps from you, and they are all fantastic quality and sturdily grommeted.
Lack of communication
The quality of product is great. I ordered this product and have no idea as to when it will be shipped. Company doesn't give you update as to progress
