For the most part I have made great money off the site. Sometimes the surveys will be long and not give you all the credit for doing it. Sometimes when the survey starts up it will send you back saying you were dishonest or you were clicking too fast when you had not even done the survey it was loading up. They need to remove that feature. There have been plenty of times that the has done that. Also, everyone does not read at the same speed. I am a speed reader. Other than that it has been a great program. Also if the survey has closed out then it needs to be take off. It should also not read that the survey is full if it let me in long enough to get half way through it. At least give half of the value and not 2 or 3 points.
I tried the surveys and got up to $5.00. I went to redeem the points and tried through PayPal. I kept checking my bank account to see if the money had gone in and it had not. So I went to PayPal and linked my account with Survey Junkie. I thought I needed to accept the money. I noticed that there was a 16 cent deposit of money in my account one day. Then the next day I noticed it had been reversed so no money at all. This is a dishonest way of doing something. They tell you that you can get money through PayPal and then you don't.
In my opinion, this is one of the worst examples of time and personal information thievery out there! You can begin a survey, then 10 minutes into it, a screen pops up that says "Uh-oh, you didn't qualify for this survey. Try another one!:" This, after you've already filled out 10-20 pages of information. This happens repeatedly. Probably only 1 out of 15 surveys is legitimate. It's total waste of time. I would have given it zero stars if I could have. They should be shut down.
I recently signed up for survey junkie and it took me probably 4-5 days to get to at least 5 dollars, I finally reached a little over 5 bucks and tried to redeem what I made from taking these surveys, that are very time consuming and when you finally try to redeem it it asks for picture ID. I don't know about anyone else but sending my personal identification to redeem just five bucks seems pretty fishy. Other sites won't ask you for photo ID. I find it so shady. I was looking at another review too and the person said you would find more money returning bottles and cans for refunds you'd find on the street, which is true, these surveys take a lot of time plus you won't be a victim of identity theft. I stopped at 5 bucks since I really don't want to take the risk with sending my photo ID.
They pay all blogs and articles about them so that articles will boost their users, they are nothing but scammers and will not pay you, do not ever take this site, go for prizerebel is waaaaay better. Survey junkie DO NOT PAY because they are a scam they just want you to complete 5 surveys so they get enough information to sell your info to survey providers. THEY WILL NOT PAY DO NOT TRUST THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
I can't affirm that this is a scam site or not but I was only able to cash out and redeem my rewards to my Paypal account the first time. They send you these stupid "codes" that you can't get through to get paid. Error messages and then they block you out for an hour. I've tried both with PayPal and checking account transfer and as soon as I go thru the big trouble of putting in these long complicated *codes* I can't claim what they owe me. In the meantime there's no one to answer questions. Monday through Friday they have in their help section but we haven't heard anything back yet despite our messages. I don't think any of these survey sites are to be trusted, sooner or later they show their true colors. And they don't value those who work for them.
Something in the back of my mind told me this couldn't be true! But, yet... I completed approx 50 surveys. I finally tried to cash out to receive a gift card and was given instructions to contact customer service. Well customer service is an online form to fill out. All I could say is... "I KNEW IT, UGH!" What a complete waste of time! Then I received an email asking me to take picture of my drivers license or Government Issues Identification and take a picture of myself and submit. Oh, Hell no! Why? Why? SMH! What a complete waste of time. If you decide to give this "company" a try... Dont wait to accumulate $6 or more dollars. Try and cash out at $5 (limit the amount of time you invest) and see how intrusive the cash-out process is. Better yet, JUST DONT DO THIS!
It's very upsetting to complete a survey after doing it for 35 to 45 minutes and it says thanks for completing and doesn't give me the full points. When I contact customer service they try to make it hard for you buy asking you to pin point the survey by ID and once I finally done it they have the nerve to tell me it's through a 3rd party and they are unable to pay me for my time but can offer 30 points. How is this ok when you spent over 2hrs on two surveys that were supposed to give 75 points and 100 points? It's BS seriously not to mention customer service said 24 to 48 hours to get assistance and it took them 4 days to email me back! Deleting this BS app!
While yes, you can take surveys and earn money, It really restricts you from earning your money you spent time on. It took me 3 hours to attempt to get my cash, and I never got past the verification process. I don't recommend wasting your time on taking the surveys, you won't really get what you really earned.
I've been trying to cash out for 5 days now to no prevail. The customer service number is nothing but a recording telling you to leave your email address. No but a waste of time
This is a good site but everytime i did a survey it always said i didnt qualify for almost every survey and its rlly hard to get points i would do surveys for lets say 50-75 points al the time and only got 2 in the end
Many times I took lengthy surveys, got to the end according to the progress bar, and either receive a message that the survey was full or got redirected back to the survey page and receive only 2 or 3 points when 100,70, etc. were promised at the beginning. Total waste of time!
They will get you to answer a lot of questions in a survey then suddenly tell you the survey is "full" or you don't qualify. This is after you've answered 20 or more questions. Also, they have you answer the same questions over and over - age, gender, race, location, education, income. Sometimes these are asked 2 or 3 times in the same survey.
I've done several weeks of surveys and can't redeem the credits I've earned. I should have done my homework, the reviews are correct. A total scam, zero customer service. Unfortunately I'll never be able to support the products I reviewed etc because of this.
I've been a member of survey junkie since August of 2021, I've earned $740 since then, but lately, since about 2 months it's been horrible. The rate that you qualify for surveys is much lower and the number of glitches is increasing. I rarely meet my goal of 3 surveys a day anymore because I don't qualify for most of them and I waste too much time trying to determine if I do qualify. I might concentrate on Inbox Dollars from now on.
I cashed out in 6/17/21 and 8/13/21 both 500 points. Niether have been entered in my Amazon. Tried today and in two hours, I will see.
While other survey sites have the same issue with repeatedly asking the same questions in a survey (I've given my age, education level etc 3 times in many surveys), Survey Junkie has a SERIOUS problem with surveys that have you spend extensive amounts of time answering all kinds of helpful questions for the survey gatherer before they then say, "Oh, this survey is full," or "Oh, sorry, you don't qualify." Again, after gleaning A LOT of valuable information.
Even worse, woe to you if you answer quickly because then they will tag you as someone who is "not being honest," or "not taking the survey seriously." As just ONE example, the other day I spent 20 minutes answering questions, evaluating products and ads, etc before they then punked out on rewarding me and gave the crap listed above.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE!
Although I believe Survey Junkie to be legit and try to provide a fair and honest venue for surveys, after doing hundreds of surveys with them I've found several companies that outright do not play fair.
In the last three days alone, I've encountered three completed surveys, and I mean completed and was then told I didn't qualify,
Of course to these companies it effects there bottom line when selling there information and not rewarding 10/20/30% of there surveys they didn't reward to people doing the surveys.
Guess the question is, who all know about it?
It's one thing to answer 10/15/20 questions and be removed, and another to answer 20/150/200 questions, COMPLETE THE SURVEY and get the magic boot.
WTN To. Oh
