Just signed up. First few easy surveys went fine. Then, I completed 95% of one survey that said it was worth 120 point only to be booted out and given 3 measly points. I thought it was a glitch, but no. Two more times, the same thing happened - booted out and told either that the survey "filled up" or the rest of the questions didn't pertain to me, even though it showed that I had completed almost all of the questions (and I was easily 5-10 minutes into each survey). Deleting now.
DO NOT waste your time with Survey Junkie. I have spent so much time completing so many surveys that get all the way to the last page and conveniently "breaks". In other words, all your data is submitted for the survey, but it doesn't return to SJ's site to give you credit (pay) for the survey. When you inform SJ of the issue, they are not quick to rectify the issue at all. You will have better luck with other survey sites, like swagbucks (my fav) or freecash, or any other site. I have tapped into several of them, and none of them take you through the entire survey and doesnt reward as often as Survey Junkie surveys.
Survey Junkie might be a way to make income, but its definitely not a way to spend your time making it. You click on these surveys that say 100 plus points then some how or another you're kicked out because you don't have eligibility for the survey, so you're adding up all this "cents" to make zero money. And you gotta get 500 points before you can cash out. So, in short, if you were able to actually do the survey you click on and get the full credit, it'd be dope, but ya don't.
I have been on survey junkie for a while. They suck you in to believing you will make money taking surveys. My experience with them says differently.
They show how many points a survey is worth and when you try to take it, they either say you don't qualify for that survey or they make you take the whole survey and when you are done, they say oops, the survey filled up. In all this time, I have not even made $7
I can relay first hand that survey junkie will repeatively ask you to verify yourself and not except your in put.
I am in canada and after trying to retrieve $ 70 for many many weeks I went to the BBB.
After survey junkie was contacted by them they meracoiusly paid me my money. I hope you experience is better then mine. I have since deleted my account as I didn't appreciate the shadiness.
Spent hours doing surveys only to try and cash out the money and apparently 'no can do'!
Plenty of other good sites out there who actually pay out for your time!
This company screens you then lets you answer a survey and proceeds
To kick you out just before the end. Then pays you 2 cents for your time.
This happens to about 80% of the surveys I try.
I wish the attorney general's office would investigate them
The surveys offered are only for specific demographics. Getting shot down and making $.02 to $.03 for some failed survey's is a complete waste of time. Some of them didn't give any points at all. If you happen to be a demographic that someone cares about then it could be profitable. Not much work for a middle aged, Caucasian, Christian, Conservative, heterosexual male on the platform.
Completed a 300 point survey that said it would take 20 minutes timed it and that is about how long it took except when i finished it they only gave me 3 points what a total scam
Payouts are outrageously low considering the time put in to the surveys. More and more often now so many survey takers complain of spending upwards of 30 minutes on a survey only to be told they do not quality. Then there is the infamous " survey is full " message that pops up after completing a survey. FWIW I was one of the best survey takers according to feedback from survey junkie. Only managing to take in approx $9 per day for a month or so. After this time period, then available surveys became few and far between. Basically, you are cut off upon completing a set number of surveys. There is absolutely nothing to recommend about survey junkie or maybe taking surveys in general. Don't make the same mistake countless others make when it comes to taking surveys.
They tell you they will redeem your points for cash but that's only after you accept a call from a customer service representative. Large 1st set of redeemable points were held back to "speak" to a representative, but the next two minimum amounts were redeemed without question. Total bs. They lie to you
The site asks you up front to provide some basic demographic information so it can send you the right surveys, but most of those surveys ask you for the same demographic information over and over again and then disqualify you at various points as you're completing the survey - often midway or even further along. Many more will tell you that you don't qualify or "this survey just filled up" - and that happens way too many times to be true - or this site is posting fake surveys so you won't stop visiting to look for the real ones.
A lot of the longer surveys lure you into answering questions for 10-20 minutes, then suddenly kick you out - again, "this survey just filled up" seems to be very common. It's very frustrating to put that much time into a task and then get paid nothing for it
The time estimates on the home page are only about 50% accurate- many, many of the surveys take far longer than the duration listed on the home page. This is especially a problem with the surveys that claim they will take less than 10 minutes. (The ones that say they will take 3 or 4 or 5 minutes? Those are almost always 10 minutes or more)
The site is very slow to load surveys, so you have to consider that additional time as well.
The site does pay, as promised, but a 20-point survey only pays 20 cents, and all the surveys for which you don't qualify / or "have filled up" offer you only 2 points or none at all, so at the end of the day, it's not worth the time you put into the surveys and it's definitely not worth the time you waste on surveys that cheat you
I was lucky enough to get at least over $230.00 earned from these morons until recently I saw a new feature offering more that the usual 3 or 2 cents DQ factor on here and saw that surveys offer around 10 DQ points for something like a 150 point survey, but lo and behold I miss out on one and its either 0 or the same old 3 cents, I am about done with these so called sites that use disabled people like me.
You click on a survey that says 12 minutes and 60 points (cents). Takes the full amount of time but at the end only gives you 3 points!
Happens too often. Don't waste your time
Survey junkie is a scam. Surveys are almost nonexistent, and if you do find one you're able to take, they find every excuse under the sun not to give you the points you've earned. You can spend 30 minutes or more completing a survey, and instead of giving the points they promised, you only end up with two or three points. Survey junkie is a joke.

Survey Junkie may be a legit company, and easy to sign up for, but getting paid is a whole other issue.
They want you to provide a extreme amount of personal information, provide copy of your government issue photo ID. And if you try to call them, you must agree that they can perform a credit check on you, just to talk with them.
Sounds like a perfect way for an identity thief to get you information.
Despite my multiple communications and attempts to get the money owed from the site, unless I subjected myself to providing ng obscene amounts of personal information they wouldn't do anything
My advice stay away
If I could give less than one star I would. Most of the surveys I tried to do were "not a match". When I tried to redeem points it wanted me to verify my identity and even though the information was all correct would not verify me. When I contacted customer support they said I needed to download a photo of the front and back of my photo ID? Nope.
I love survey junkie it's great to earn extra cash from survey junkie.i just redeemed in seconds my money was delivered to my pay pal account. Hassle free experience thank you survey junkie.
I filled all surveys and when it was time to redeem, you must give a U.S. phone number. This Paypal account redeem possibility is a scam. Don't lose your time on this. They make things impossible to redeem for Foreign countries out of US. SCAM
I was promised an Amazon gift card for the money I generated doing surveys for this company and when I tried to redeem the gift card amazon said I was given an invalid code. I tried to work with the company to rectify the situation, but they said they could not help me. I read this is a legitimate business, but it is NOT. BEWARE!
Answer: I'm having the same issue rip I don't think we're getting it back
Answer: Don't bother. They won't pay you. Survey Junkie is a scam.
