Scam -
HI-- pressure phone sales "people". Will get you one way or another to give them your credit card details--then its all over. Their only interest is getting your $2495. 00! For the "testosterone cream". They claim that the procedure is that a "doctor" will call you --and --only after you have had a blood test ---and its analysed by (their) doctor AND he/she decides you are "suitable" --then you will proceed with the "programme."
Here is what happened to me:- I had a fatigue problem and thought that this may help--mistake no. 1--see your own doctor first!
I was talked into a 400.00 payment to get started, and some days layer a "doctor" (medicare provider number supplied--but I don't think that makes them a doctor) calle me and asked me a list of standard questions--and then sent me a Pathology request form--which I have subsequently lost.
I tried for days to contact the "doctor" and could only slueth out a Physiotherapy clinic in Adelaide--who said she wasnt there and "doesn't take messages"--and since then Supplemax says "she doesn't work for us any more"
30 days layer my Credit Card was billed 197.00--as if the "programme" has started--but I havent had any "cream" delivered--nor has any "doctor" looked at my Pathology results (which I still havent had) to authorise this Prescription medication under Aust Govt guidelines (or not).
Called Supplemax, who said --its my fault--and that the pathology should be still done and the Office Manager! Must be notified because "we have thousands of tests done and after 5 days the blood is scrapped"? No mention about who is going to "analyse" the blood from the blood test --maybe the Office Manager!
I asked --(tricked them by calling from a number they didnt have--they thought I was a new "customer")-what happens if the Supplemax "doctor" says go ahead--and my own G. P. says not suitable?
Reply--"we will send you the medication anyway, and it up to you if you use it"! Preposterous and illegal under the Act!
They will threaten you with your "verbal (recorded) contract " as if there is no possible way out of it--but the facts here are that they are debiting my card in breach of their own specified procedures!--and obviously intend to keep debiting it regardless.
They do not answer or return calls--and especially ignore emails-- (once you have given your details, your phone number is in their system--and they dont/wont answer once they have your "contract" in place.
If you deal with this outfit --beware!--demand that all details be in written form --email or paper mail--including all conditions, procedures and payments. If they balk at this --then they are not legitimate --or 'ethical", and shouldn't be dealt with.
There are plenty of other suppliers of the same products, I'm sure.
I am now proceeding with Legal action through a well-known legal firm who loves this field, and expect to win with costs at very least.
STAY AWAY FROM SUPPLEMAX--YOU CANT AFFORD THEM!
