The product was ordered on the 21st the label for shipping was created at 5:55 pm on the 22nd. I received no communication from the seller. I sent several requests for information on the 22,23 and 24th. At this time, the 31st, I have not seen the product. As I have left the country for business. Had they communicated I could have made other arrangements however I paid for expedited shipping and received no communication and no product for the 25th. To this day, after leaving 4 messages I have received no communication for the business. I intend to return the product unopened and dispute the charges through my credit card company as the business is incapable of communicating with me in any fashion. For the amount of advertising the company uses I feel their actual service is fraudulent.
