Despite reaching out for over a year, I never received the hand held chain saw I saw advertised on Pinterest and never got a refund despite asking for one. I should have reached out to the bank but feel it is far too late now.

I ordered from you a mouse trap on June 8th 2021 and received it on August 6th 2021. About 2 months later.? It was so badly damaged that I'm trying to fix it. After somewhat "fixing it", it will not snap on a 5 gal bucket, clearly too big for any bucket. Mouse latter won't snap together, holes to small to receive the adjoining latter, mouse shoot sticks not dumping the mouse into the bucket. What a poor design. Go ahead and buy this if you want to waste your money.

It took almost 3 months to get my order. Tried cancelling MANY times, no response. Finally received it and it is TOTAL JUNK.

I'm writing this review on the behalf of a family member who ordered an item from them back in March after seeing an advertisement for them on Pinterest. While we might be one of the lucky few who actually received an item two months later, it was several sizes below what was ordered. An attempt was made to return or exchange the item, but we only receive automated responses from the company about delays, noticeably coming from an email address with a completely different name from the company listed It is now June and we still have heard nothing about how to return the product. I recommend always doing research on the sites you make purchases from, especially if they appear as advertisements on sites such as Pinterest or Facebook.

This company is a scam. Two months ago I order a mini saw from an add in Pinterest and no product yet. Wondering why Pinterest allows a fake company defraud there members!

Wish I had checked rating before I ordered from this company. Impossible to reach them to solve issue.
Total scam!

I ordered a number of items in mid December 2020. Reached out to the company via e-mail, telephone and have yet to receive a single response other than an automated e-mail response claiming delays as a result of COVID. Yet they will send promotional e-mails every day with great offers. Discounts and free shipping. If they can not deliver an order for 6 months, how do they see themselves fit to continue to promote a variety of products. You are better off throwing money in a wishing well instead of placing an order with Stylish New Deal. You will not receive your order. These are scammers, thieves and scum balls.

Scam. Don't waste your money. Serves me right for buying from a a country outside the US. April 2021

I placed an order in Jan. 2021. I have tried to follow-up but continually get automated boiler plate responses that are of no help at all. They totally ignore all inquiries.
Would never do business with Stylish New Deals/Premier Trust Support/Zendesk EVER again.
All I have is a confirmation that they took my money...

I made a huge mistake of ordering so much because of their very reasonable priced items - I ordered a car blanket, a vest jacket, bras, shoes and so far their sizing varies - none of them fit me - two of the shoes I ordered are way too big and the other two that came are way too small - The bras I ordered run way too small as well. I have tried communicating with them thru email, as this is the only option only to receive an auto reply that they are swamped with orders and may not be able to reply right away - I have been over 2 months and I still have not heard from them. I have come to accept that I've been had and I feel awful. So here I am warning anyone who is smart enough to read through the reviews before ordering. My advice:
Do not order from this website unless you want to waste money like I did. You will not have the capability to return items if it is not to your satisfaction. For me to feel better, I will donate these items to the Shelter.

This site is a SCAM. I purchased a dog that looked real and moved but l when l received the dog it is old ugly and ragged. Does not move at all. I purchased this for my granddaughter and we are all disappointed. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. No working phone #. I want my money back!

Very sad that they got my money via credit card charge never sent me the follow up email for a ship date, and the email address for contact goes no where circles back again & again to the sales webpage only. The contact phone number is no longer in service. Went to my bank to take card of the fraudulent charge and the phone number they gave me to look up the charge info on their end is, you guessed it not in service either!, just wanted my products for my granddaughter as gifts but not happening with this sad bad scam. I tried to inform Pinterest via email & phone message to let them know of such a bad unethical company they have shared on their site for their customers, but not heard back any reply from them as yet so be careful. The website is a poor choice for an honest company to do business with.
