Never buy from Styleora. I ordered 2 dresses in march 2020. They told me the dresses will be shipped within 2 weeks. Later Covid hit, so they told me due to Covid the shipment will be late. I waited till July. Then whenever i asked them they kept telling me the dress is already shipped. But the dress never arrived nor they gave me a tracking number. After 5 months no dress nor they replied. It was a very frustrating and a horrible experience. I raised a dispute with paypal. Paypal promised me a refund.
So my advice is please dont buy from them. Its a scam and you pay money and get nothing in return. Please raise a dispute with paypal before 6 months of purchase or you may not even get your money back.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this horrible fake website. DO NOT cancel the dispute if they tell you you to. Because once you cancel it, you WON'T be able to file again. They contacted me after I filed a complaint and told me to cancel the dispute so they can ship my order. Mind you they had two whole months to ship my order. I was dumb enough to trust them and cancel the dispute. SO DO NOT TRUST THEM. They literally blocked me after I canceled the dispute. They are extremely rude and horrible service.

As many other reviewers, I placed an order in April 2020 which has subsequently never been filled or properly addressed. I should have known this was a scam when my PayPal payment went to an individual and not to the business email address. I understand Coronavirus related delays, but I have ordered from other India-based clothing companies that have, since reopening, filled my orders without issue. There is no number on the website for Styleora, and as of last week their website is down. Convenient. I have had multiple emails and Instagram DM's ignored, and when they have responded, it's been lies (This order will be fulfilled by Eid) or vague to the point of being ridiculous (We will respond within 24 hours). I am seeking a full refund due to the absolutely horrible service and the lack of fulfillment of my purchase.

I placed my order on May 31st 2020 and still have not received it even though I was told I had Eid guarantee. I made sure to place my order TWO MONTHS before Eid al Adha so that my dresses would arrive in time for Eid which was on July 31st.(1st Screenshot below) they even guaranteed delivery by July 31st via email when I asked just to confirm since this was my first time purchasing from them. Customer service sweet talks you initially but when it's around time for your order to arrive, they go quiet. After I emailed them multiple times, they sent me an update saying my order shipped on July 28th without providing me a tracking number which is ridiculous because their website says they have a 1 week international delivery time and they only shipped 3 days before Eid. The useless shop app they provided me doesn't tell me where my order is, only says it's"shipped".(2nd screenshot) they've been ignoring my emails for the past week. They've also ignored all my whatsapp messages. The Eid guarantee on the Styleora website is a lie, just a scam to get customers to purchase items. They should be ashamed that they use a holiday to increase sales without delivering on their end. Where is my order? If it doesn't arrive this week I want a full refund for my order. I will never be purchasing from Styleora again and I do NOT recommend it to anyone.

I placed an order on April 5th and it's been well over a month and still not received my order. Over the past 3 weeks I've emailed and contacted their WhatsApp customer service only to be lied to. First they said order would be delivered May 13 then when that date passed and I requested a tracking number they said they would get back to me. It is now May 18 and still no tracking number and no delivery. I had ordered twice previously with no issues but third time is not a charm in this case.

I was informed of an event for which I needed several outfits quickly. As a statuesque woman, it is difficult for me to find traditional clothes to fit me, especially in a hurry. I often have them sewn for me. But, using their website, I found a wide variety of truly lovely things from which I selected Salwar Kameez. Working with their WhatsApp Customer Service team, I received the outfits from India to the US just in time! I have gotten so many compliments and feel beautiful when I wear them. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I first ordered 3 suits from styleora a year ago and I was hesitant bc the prices were so affordable compared to other websites. They came in and they were excellent and I always got so many compliments whenever I wore the outfits. I ended up ordering another $1000 worth of clothes from there (approximately 20 suits) and all were absolutely incredible. Looked just like the pictures. They gave me timely delivery, I needed it by a certain date and they ensured I received it in a timely manner. I am constantly messaging the customer service on their what's app and they are so helpful and answer each and every one of my questions. I've been recommending them to all my friends and family.

I recently ordered the Peach and Gold Embroidered Anarkali style suit. Although it arrived in a reasonable time, the outfit looked NOTHING like the one in the picture. The color was more of a coral orange, it was too tight at the bust, it had an empire waist, the slit began on the side of the dress as opposed to the center and the bottom looked as if a child had glued sequins onto it. On top of that, the company COMPLETELY IGNORED MY RETURN REQUESTS, ultimately trapping me into keeping a piece of garbage garment that I spent $70 on thinking it would at least slightly resemble the picture. ZERO INTEGRITY and just all about stealing honest earned money. Lashkara offers better customer service than this fake and deceptive wanna-be fashion business. I'm posting pictures of the original outfit and the atrocity they sent me. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AS THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS AND ARE ALL ABOUT CHEATING THEM OUT OF WHAT THEY'RE BEING PAID FOR. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I was initially so worried about whether this website was legit or not and constantly e-mailed the company to ensure my lehenga would come in time for my event! They answered almost of all my e-mails and were so happy to help! Through communication, I was able to get my luxurious lehenga in four weeks! I can honestly say, it is Sabyasachi quality! I will definitely be re-ordering from this website for Eid and other occasions! To everyone reading this and wondering if it was a good choice made, rest assured it is! You can definitely put all your trust into this website! They even go to the extent to WhatsApp you too! Amazing amazing amazing! Bless the StyleOra team!

Beware! All the reviews posted on their site is absolutely unreliable and curated to appear as "amazing" with "beautiful products". I ordered a dress over a month ago and after asking multiple times about the status of my order and delivery, they stopped responding. I sent a frustrated message to catch their attention and it was the last response I got from them. They don't have a phone number on their site (number 1 red flag I should've noticed), their status updates never change, and (simply put) a scam! I've never had such trouble with a seller before that I'm taking the time to let y'all know how unreliable their service is.
