I joined studydaddy in Match, where i worked with minimal conflicts and my funds began to be ready to be withdrawn in May. Upon making a withdrawal request of 400 dollars, my money has never been sent to my paypal account till today. The requested funds have been displayed as requested for the past three months when I decided to open a support ticket explaining the financial issue. Their support team responded arrogantly, insisting that i am not in the current payment schedule, yet, i have money that I had withdrawn in the past three months. All I can say is avoid these scammers.

Ignorant Support to Both Tutor's and Student's Email
Ignorant Support as we have been texting them with the students who assigned me the task from 23 this month until today no response. Have attached some email screenshots. They don't respond to my messages even after I have sent them over 8 emails and also messages through support team. Have even tried to reach them using another email they are ignorant yet have worked on several tasks and students are complaining that they couldn't upload files so after sending the files to them to send it to me they are ignorant and not helping their own customer. Their support are very ignorant and rude at the same time why would you ignore an email from a student to share documents to the tutor or ignore an email from tutor to request students for documents. So I'm stranded because if they are not responding what else are they doing. They haven't even communicated if my account has an issue or not. Avoid them at any cost both for students and tutors their support will ignore you even when you need their help. No reply in the email or support team box, how I wish to get a place to attach photos even students are wondering what their support are doing. I will only delete this review if my email or messages are responded to otherwise I will write reviews each and everyday here.

I worked with this account and upon withdrawal of my payment they deactivate my account claiming I had multiple accounts. They promised to send the money later even if it was deactivated, but when the payment was made paypal reversed the money to them. Since then they have refused to send me the money again and I even sent a screenshot of proof that payment was made once but theh have refused to attach their evidence showing they sent the money. Serena Howell is the worst support in this account has,she cannot even make simple follow ups. I've been sending countless emails to make a follow up about the progress of my cash but she can't even respond. Resend my payment again ASAP

I am Pridy, and I have been working on this site for the last seven months, without receiving any sort of payment although I have more thousands of dollars in my account. I have been contacting them for the last two months concerning the payment issue without any response from them. Why are they refusing to pay the money that I have worked for while they have already taken what's theirs.

They take 50% of your money and then they hold the remaining amount for 45 days per each job before the money is available in your account. When you withdraw, you will wait for like 9 months before they pay you and that is after contacting them every other time. If you are a writer, just stay away from this site, they will waste your time and energy.

This website scams both writers and tutors. Only work with these company is you are ready to face scammers. I always regret wasting my time working for this Hell of a company. Google should check this site and block it forever.

These people are so greedy. They take 50% share and let you wait for payments to mature for 45days. As if that's not enough, the DISBURSEMENTS CAN TAKE EVEN AN YEAR. I have waited for for more than 8 months and upon messaging them they always send an automated message every time "Your payments will be sent in the next payment cycle."

Stop paying one tutor to keep working for the website while others even stopped due to failed payments for 9months. You need to be BANNED. PAY YOUR TUTORS THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

My Studydaddy review is terrible as they are full of greed and scammy practices. They hold the tutor's funds for 45 days only to make you beg for 7+ months without releasing your hard earned money. You literally have to beg to get your money! The best they can do is send you revision requests while busy ignoring payment requests. Secondly, I bet they must have fired all technicians due to technical problems such as load times and communication. Thanks to AI, these sc*mb*gs won't stand the test of time.

Studydaddy used to be a great website before changing its management. Traditionally, issues would be resolved on time regardless of their time and state. The current studydaddy takes advantage of everything making the website a horrible place which you will hardly appreciate. It would be great if the management made consultations on the previous teams on how they could run the website without favoring any side. Good luck.
