StudyBay claims their work is written by humans and not generated by AI. That is false.
We ordered a presentation specifically without AI. What we received was clearly AI-generated. We tested it with multiple tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity) and all rated it 95–100% AI-written.
StudyBay DID NOT admit the problem but they agreed to a refund; days later, no refund has been issued. They are now stalling and avoiding payment.
This is deceptive practice: selling "no-AI" work, delivering AI content, then refusing to promptly refund.
Their website barely works, support is slow, and there is no live help. They operate from Cyprus, which makes resolving disputes difficult.
We are escalating this to PayPal for credit card fraud.
This is a scam! She gave me a page with the document that showed no AI detected. I didn't think to check before I turned in my work. Teacher gave me a 0. I went on another site to check and the paper detected AI 20%. I already paid and already gave a good review which I jumped the gun. She's lucky because I was ready to tell it all!
For the past 2 days was super frustrated as not only my assignment deadline was near by but also no help from customer service until after more than 24 hours.
I received an average grade for several minor mistakes that shouldn't take place on a grad school level.

Bad! My login code isn't sending to my email. This is ridiculous Every time I try login in it does not work. When I ask for help they tell me my email exists and I should be able to login. Now study bay is sending me email to confirm I have an account, yet the code will not come to my email... How am I supposed to use my account?
The person was not diverse and skilled in the subject of the science, and even though i placed the information, she did not understand, but still accepted the offer and lie that she understood.
