Their chat feature is a useless bot, their customer support contact form just gives generic replies & replying to the emails from Stormgain gets "this email address is not monitored".
As a result, Stormgain is currently liable for 3LTC owed to me, and has a lot to answer for with their attempts at sounding professional with their generic replies. They also have been caught numerous times deleting negative reviews on Trustpilot & Google play store. If you find replies from them you will see they are generic template responses urging people to go to app.stormgain.com/#modal_sfFeedback, this is just to look professional, the address just sends you to a login loop.
My favourite of their template replies I've received over the last 6 months since trying to sort this out is... "This difficulty is still relevant for some of our clients.
