Love the product but it's leaking, contacted customer service 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for a confirmation/resolution. Also I got the newer shower wand and it's pretty heavy for the current holder it sometimes falls off it you just tap the hose

It is, overall, a good product. Installation is a bit tricky as the threads (with or without thread tape) will leak and must be further tightened, often with a wrench which has the potential of marring the surfaces.
Delivery time (to Canada) is well beyond their promised maximum time, perhaps this has to do with Chinese trade relations but be prepared to wait at least two to three weeks.

We are doing major renovations which includes 2 bathrooms. We bought two large shower heads which are detachable like Stream at Home Depot. We installed one which does not spray evenly. I bought Stream and it is now installed in the master shower. It is fantastic, better pressure and less expensive. I would highly recommend.

This product works great. Powerful water streaming for great rinsing of hair and body. Plus the shower head can be hand held too. Nice.

I feel that it's not as good as I thought it would be! And I've only had it 1 month. I believe they should be more helpful.

Product rubbish. No refund after 2 weeks.Lisa repeatedly ignores my request for a refund despite returning the item 2 weeks ago!

The stone stream is game changing. My showers are so much more luxurious because of the powerful water pressure it provides. I also notice I can wash my hair and everything faster with this shower head. I definitely recommend it for everyone.

All in all a great product, still leaks in some places and I've taped the hell out of it, when all the connectors are plastic I'm not surprised. Other than that it's a great product and does what it says it does. Makes the water feel great and I am seeing the difference on my skin now that I've been using it for over a month now. I've recommended it to my family and friends also.

Love stone stream to tell the truth I'm not speaking any names but I tried a different company same type of product but nothing near the best Stone stream is real and it's the truth love my shower

I purchased 2 showerheads from Stonestream for both of my bathrooms. We have very hard water here in Colorado and the minerals plus chlorine in the water create poor skin & hair conditions. After showering with the new shower heads, I've noticed much improvement. Both skin & hair are softer and my hair stylist agreed.

I was skeptical of purchasing the StoneStream. I bought the filter with the shower head/hose combination. Completely happy that I did. My master shower lacked pressure and took a while to get warm. I added a recirculation adapter to the main sink and installed the StoneStream. I cannot believe its difference; the shower pressure is excellent, and it heats up quickly. I will purchase another one for the second bathroom.

I'm not particularly handy, but I found this shower head easy to install. It took a bit of trial and error and a lot of plumbers tape, but I got it done and there are no leaks whatsoever. I've been using it for two months now and I love it. I have no complaints.

I am really enjoying my Stone Stream shower filter. It has made a huge difference on my skin, and the water quality is greatly improved. I have really hard water so this is a life saver!

I bought the original clear shower head a while ago and absolutely love it, so upon moving into a new home I got the matte black one as it fits the decor better. Love the look, but it's not quite as powerful as the clear one. Not sure if it's the hose as I also got the matching one. Still a much better shower head than any I have had previously and I got about 5 until I discovered StoneStream. Ordering is a breeze and it shipped incredibly quickly. Was surprised how quick actually given the current situation and me being in Australia. Definitely recommend

All I can say is that it is better than advertised. The shower head was easy to install and is so powerful. We love it!
