SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY For an unknown reason I lost access to my spectrocoin account when I tried to login to my account beginning of 2024. I could not even reset my password anymore because I do not receive the password reset e-mail. I first contacted spectrocoin in March 2024 and they said they will validate my account. I have sent all information including pictures of my identity card. In meantime I have called and e-mailed spectrocoin a number of times but the reply was the same "we are still validating you identity". We are now more then 1 year further! I still do not have acces to my account! This is ridiculous! They have scammed my and took all my cryptocurrency

This platform is deceptive, so many fake good reviews and very fake promises to lure unsuspecting victims. I has been a victim of their scam, incurring a huge sum in debt because of them. No email I sent were returned.I am putting this out here for everyone to witness and keep away from this platform. They took my coins after not sign in more then 1 year
I invest in them in the ico and they took all my coin in the reasoning of fee for inactive account without even sending warning,they represent themself as a bank,what a joke

Don't use them! They take your crypto if you don't log in I had 161,000 of there tokens bought on ico now I've got about 40,000 left because I hadn't logged in for over a year so they took my crypto. I will never use again. I advise you to not to use them l wasn't able to get my money back until l came across finassetrack.tech they recovered my money for me in days.

I purchased 169,800 BNK back in 2017. As we all know the price fell by more than 90%. I monitored it daily and was active looking at my Spectro coin wallet in the account up until late 2020. In October 2021 they started deducting BNK tokens for what they said was a $5 Euro`s fee per month from my BNK wallet. They fact is they charged and took over double, triple and more that amount each month until they had completely raped my entire BNK holding. They wont communicate and answer my questions and have now locked me out. This is a fraudulent exchange, don't trust them they will steal your tokens and then play games not answering or accounting for their actions and then they will lock you out of your account and stop communicating with you. Its a clear case of fraud, transfer your tokens, don`t trust them 1% and get out now, their crooks!

They are stealing customers money without valid reason and its their policy and way of work! Run away from this fraudsters.Dirty business with the owners also.

The bankera ICO and subsequent handling of their tokens is a huge scam via the spectrocoin platform. I had 60k+ BNK tokens and all that was silently taken under the course of 4 months, visible only in the transaction history as INACTIVITY FEE.

They defrauded me of thousands of dollars. My account was banned for no apparent reason. They'll collect your money and then throw you out. They want 900,00 euros for some Bankera project before they will give me my cash!

Hello I am join spectrocoin and loaded 300$ with fee 322$ but after deposited money was show my account balance
Then i exchange it to by eur balance so when i convert it then my balance is vanish form my account balance

I got final conclusion cause they wont back my money cause they are doing big scam with people. I am waiting 6 days + i dont know how many year i have to fight with them. So if i dont get my money back ill be write in every forum about spectrocoin scam. So lets people think to before join here cause i know lot of people dont getting bitcoin when they deposit by them website
