Sono Bello is one of the many greedy pathetic companies that PAY the numerous, corrupt companies that flood your email with unwanted, unsolicited, TRASH. THE COMPANIES THEY PAY MAKE UNSUBSCRIBING A PAIN BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO ENTER YOUR EMAIL WHICH IS UNECCESARY AND THEN THEY IGNORE YOUR UNSUBSCRIBE REQUEST IR SLIGHTLY ALTER THE SENDER TO ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PATHETIC COMPANIES. THE ONLY WAY WE CAN STOP THIS IS TO BOYCOTT SOLO BELLO AND ANY OTHER ONLINE COMPANY THAT SENDS US THIS GARBAGE. BOYCOTT SOLO BELLO

I was a bit skeptical at first, but sooo impressed! My counselor (Chelsea) was wonderful. She handled all my questions quickly and professionally. Dr. Kosowski has a wonderful bed side manner and truly wants the best results for his patients. My nurses. Michelle and Celine were so caring and kind. They did everything positron make me comfortable. I've been an Operating Room nurse for 26 years, this group is fantastic at what they do. Im disappointed they don't offer more procedures. I'd definitely go back. Go for a consultation. You'll be so glad you did.

In april i went for my procedure. Not for a weight problem i weighed 140 but more for removing back fat and ex sculpture procedure removing. I stop smoking and never ever changed my eating habits point blank period. I was told by them and their running commercial all fat removed would not grow back which was a lie. Immediately after procedure i start gaining weight i kept mentioning it and they said no worries my swelling is still going down, i went from weighing 140 to 155. The areas worked on was growing fat back. I complained to the Overland Pk Kansas office mgr set up another appointment and said i could have the procedure done by another doctor. The med assistant said it might be thyroids i went to doctor just to prove no thyroids. So the next appt i had blood test document The Doctor laughed at me and said you stop smoking and said get back to 140 then come back. I was trying to explain the areas that were worked were not done correctly im an older woman and would not have workout abs along with my body looking lopsided. The doctor was rude made fun by laughing and said im not going to do anything and i was led out of the office. So i paid over 7grand for this f'd up figure. I will be one of the first to join a class action lawsuit, because the way these reviews are the company is going to be sued and force into bankruptcy. By having to pay people back

Brittany, is phenomenal! That young lady knows her stuff. She was able to put me at ease, she was very professional. She took me through the process where I can relax. She was an able to answer questions that I had on my mind and some questions she was able to answer that I may have been thinking about. Brittany is incredible and the staff is very nice. That young lady is definitely a keeper. Brittany when I finish this procedure. I'll be back And I hope that you're still with Sono Bello. I can't wait to see my new body

I am scheduled today for a pre-op visit at sono bello garfield ohio and for surgery tomorrow. I am having the worst customer experience with the staff there. Today I received a call from a CSR saying she could not satisfy the payment of 3500 dollars same as cash on my care credit because the amount for this finance option is $4000.The total cost for surgery was $8000, I put $4500 down in cash and wanted to finance the rest. I then asked to speak to someone who can help me solve this issue suggesting that sono bello refund me $500 of my cash and charge the total of 4000 on the care credit, so I can utilize the 12 month same as cash option. I spoke to a man name Phil Thomas, who stated he was a manager and could make it happen. Great! My issue is that he spoke to me in a very condescending tone, disregarded my concern(s) and put me in a very uneasy anxious set of mind. I have lost confidence in the quality of care you guys may have for your patients and need to be reassured things will be just fine.
I asked Phil T. For a contact to someone at corporate or someone higher than him and he completely refuse, just giving me half of someone's name, sending me to do research on my own to find a director of some sort on Linked In and Facebook!

Very Unsure Of How To Move Forward... if I don't get the surgery I lost $1000!

I had cool sculpting done 3 years ago NOT at Sono Bello. I have cried a lot of tears over the expensive mess that decision made on my body. Giant hard squares of fat (looked like a pound of butter under my skin). I have been paying on this for so long and it has felt like I was paying for a wrecked car.
Sono Bello was very clear about what the laser lipo procedure would do. If anything, it hurts more than I thought and I hate wearing this firmware which they recommend for 3 months. I can tell right now that those big fat square are gone. It has only been a week and 1/2. I will weigh in in a month or two when I am no longer quite as sore and swollen.

I have struggled with my weight and kept trying again and again then I finally decided to give Sonobello a try. It was the worst decision I have ever made.
I was very skeptical and was unsure about getting into the big financial debt. They tell you that if you dont aign up now the price can increase by the next time you decide to do the procedure. It the pressure tactics...

I fell for the BS, although I wasnt able to finance it qithout a cosigner, so i got one. Yet I still wasnt sure it was the right thing to do...

She contacted Synchrony and they both convinced us to go forward with the understanding the cosigner will be removed in a year, all we had to do is contact them and they would take care of it. Well i did have the procedure and the year just passed and they claim they never said that. Yet the cosigner never signed any documents and yet they wont remove her name.

After the initial swelling and I did look ok with clothes on. When i bent over my stomach drooped like i had gastric bypass, my stomach and instestines appeared as tho they were about to fall out. (Quite disgusting).
I am not extremely self conscious of my body and only if i can go back i would of never did this.

I went to the Sono Bello in Portland on macadam. I had abdomen, back fat a hips done. It cost over $6k. It was the worst experience of my life. I looked 9 months pregnant before the procedure. Had it done and was in extreme pain afterwards! Totally out of it for two day, could barely walk fir a week, with fat ozing everywhere! Oh and the bruises! Lordy! It lasted maybe a year and then I started getting the pregnant look again. Don't do it. They won't refund your money even though the tv says it's permanent and GUARANTEED! They want you to have another procedure. No way in hell!

I had my procedure done with sono bello on 04/26/19 and was very pleased with the procedure from start to finish, I was a nervous wreck and my nurse Toni was so comforting, she had me laughing to take my mind of the surgery, Dr Moody and Angela was awesome and caring, they managed my pain level well, I must say I was very surprise that the next day I was able to take my dad shopping, no pain, just soreness, I cant wait to see the end results. Great Job Dr Moody and thank you

I do not suggest or recommend anyone go to sonobello. I had 2 experiences there both were awful.
Dr. Mendoza did my hips uneven and didn't remove all that he could. Even a nurse said he gets lots of compliments
So I had a revision done which if they would of done it right the first time then I wouldn't of had to go back.
I did the ex to make sure I would be happy with my results. When I did that I had 4 infections in 3 months and had to go to therapy for my leg because dr. Lyons cut to deep and he even remembers that happening to someone else.
I had them look at my file because I wanted a refund. Christie first said you are over your weight and I said absolutely not I don't even know where she got that number from so they clearly didn't review anything. Then she said well now you don't get a refund because you got results.
That's funny last I knew this was my body and I clearly did not get the results like the before and after pictures. Sonobello is a scam

I had my procedure done 3 months ago. Abs, sides, back and bra. I am super satisfied with it. With exercise and a "proper" diet it was totally worth it! I can now wear tops I couldn't for years because of the fat ring around my middle. The procedure was mostly painless and recovery was a breeze! I can't say if my weight loss is from exercise and diet but having all that fat removed from my mid section makes a big difference in my appearance!

I just finished my series of 8 Venus treatments on the outer thighs and I am thrilled with the results! I have had traditional VelaShape treatments, in the past, and found the Venus treatments so much more comfortable and effective. Jackie, my regular technician, was awesome! She combined a passion for her work with a solid knowledge of the technology to provide me with an exceptional experience! I felt sleek and beautiful on my planned vacation and was able to hit the beach with confidence! I definitely plan to return to SonoBello for more treatments, and may pursue another procedure, in the future.
