Solution Inn has the "free book" as a buy now pay later scheme where they charge you $14.99 for their membership until the cost of the book is recovered. They will not allow you to remove your payment info until you pay their hidden charges. They will charge you $20 to refuse the order. Be aware.
They are fraudulent people, they stole from me 50 dollars without permission. First they charged me one dollar, them refund it, and finally, without my permition they charge 50 dollars from my paypal account!
I've canceled my subscription for a while now & still getting charged every month. I've reached out to them & they been giving me the run arounds. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SOLUTIONINN. I've asked kindly for my refund & all they say is they are looking into it. I've been going back & forth with them for 3 or 4 months now. It seems like they don't want to help or refund me my money back or simply don't know how help. This company is unprofessional, again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I've attached part of the email where they are asking for certain details regarding my account which I have provided and still haven't yet been sorted out.
Won't let you cancel or remove the payment method. Sad excuse for a business that needs to steal to stay floating.
I am really impressed by their 100% discounted books. They have recently started to offer free textbooks instead of rented books. Now students can get free textbooks at their doorsteps with free shipping. I am really happy that the major expense of my semester is been taken care of. My books were delivered within 3-5 days time period and all were in excellent condition.
I have emailed them several times about stopping these payments. My account just sits at pending cancellation while they still take the money out! I now have to contact my bank to get the payments stopped. There is no where to actually cancel the subscription or remove your payment method. Just don't sign up unless you plan on using them forever.

Due to Covid-19, I have been struggling with my studies for a really long time due to the online mode of education. At that time, I decided to signup for SolutionInn's study membership. I swear, my life has become very easy. I have 24/7 access to tutor help for my projects, assignments, etc. Moreover, I get free physical textbooks at my doorstep without any shipping cost as a part of my study membership. The tutors are very cooperative and respond on time. Best decision of my life to get this study membership.
They are a scam. They are some foreign based company who hires Algerians and Nigerians to write shady programming code as examples of answers to questions but the answers don't include all of the source code or libraries to show how the program works. Now I would not use it for cheating, but only as examples for tutoring help. It definitely was not a complete example and after many emails they still charged me the intial amount and also the monthly recuring amount which was twice the price and I cancelled immediately after the charge but the declined to refund both amounts. Shady crooks, please stay away.
Created an account in 2019 to help with schoolwork for one month and then canceled my membership. It's now October of 2021 and they charged my debit card out of the blue, without my consent. They're refusing to refund my debit card and are only issuing me a credit to their website. What a scam they have going.
After initially finding the website for school, I signed up for a free trial expecting to cancel within a few days. However, after getting charged the $15 I was displeased and immediately put in a request to "cancel my subscription". They reached out to me after I submitted my cancellation request with an offer of 6 months free with a free book. I was no longer interested in their services so I did not respond thinking that my subscription had been cancelled. Two months had since passed and I noticed I was still being charged. :( I sent in another email asking for a refund and pleading with them to officially cancel my subscription so I no longer had to pay for something I never even used. They were nice enough to email me back but only refunded my Solutioninn account. Therefore I do not have access to the two months worth of subscription fees that were refunded to me unless I use them on the website. Overall, I am unhappy and just want my money back.
I needed help in some parts of statistics so I registered and made payment for three months. Now when I log into my account it says no transaction even though I clearly made payment through PayPal. I even got email from PayPal ensuring my payment. Very disappointed!
They make you get an account but once you sign up you need to email them to make simple changes to that account such as removing payment information or even deleting the account. They will not email you back. They will put your account into "pending cancellation" but they will continue to charge your credit card or other payment method regardless of your request to stop the payments. Your subscription rate will also slowly go up every month.
Luckily so far they have only taken just under 70$ from me because I noticed early enough. I had to report them to my credit card company in order to block them from taking payments.
Don't let good reviews fool you. They will scam you.
All fraud. I sent my cancel membership request on Apr 23 and still it pending and the crazy thing is money is been deducting every month and they are not showing the option to cancel the membership permanently and not showing the option to remove my Credit card. I suggest you to don't subscribe it.
Once you paid fees to subscribe their online materials, you cannot remove or delete your bank account information. You have to email them and make a request in order for your bank account information to be removed on their website (it is my bank account why can't I remove it).
When you want to cancel the subscription, you have to fill in a form and include your date of birth and phone number in it (why these personal information are required to simply cancel the subscription?). And SolutionInn needs to review your subscription cancel request before you can successfully cancel it.
I emailed the company to get a refund, but instead I got a sarcastic reply. I did not get my refund back and surprisingly upon checking my account I found that I am still getting charge twice. Beware of this company!
Got robbed from them. Totally a scam. Please please please avoid them. They will fight your disputes with the credit card company
SolutionInn has been a great help to me. It carried me through my college, whenever I felt myself stuck on a problem SolutionInn helped me a lot in getting through. Aside from the vast library of solutions, the help I got from experts was excellent.
You will be unable to cancel your membership OR even remove your cc info w/out emailing them. They will continue to bill you even after you email them requesting cancellation.
Just don't sign-up. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I have been trying for the past 3 months.
Also, their content is not good which is why I canceled in the first place.
They make you submit a cancelation request. Then they email you to ask you what would it take to make you continue. Once you answer that you have to wait for another email. They send you a link that you have to answer all kinds of questions. I am still waiting for the cancelation confirmation.
Service was fine, but I only signed up for a single 30 day period. Without authorization the withdrew monthly from my checking account. I now have to call my bank to stop payment on the charges.
Please do not purchase any products or subscriptions from this Internet site. I was caught unaware about their automatic renewal subscription process. Please save your money and time. If their company renews your subscription, you will not receive a refund.
The coolest thing is that they are running both features side by side. I mean don't have to spend for full month's membership when you just need ONE solution for $1.99
