I've been a long-time customer of Snorg Tees and always appreciated the quality of the shirts and the fun (usually geeky) designs. However, after having not made a purchase in a while, I requested a particular design on a women's racer-back tank top as a Christmas gift; I was SHOCKED at the poor quality item I received. The racer-back tanks used to be Bella&Canvas brand shirts, which were high-quality soft material with nicely finished edges and a gathered seam across the mid-back to keep the garment flowy and comfortable. The new shirt (from a brand called "Next Level") is tissue-paper thin with badly over-stitched raw edges which are - new out of the package - already stretched/distorted. Snorg Tees apparently advertises* this as "raw seams for a unique look" (ie cheap). The shirt can't be returned as the gifter did not keep the receipt, but I will not be ordering or recommending anything from this company in the future.

*I had not read through the shirt details for this item as all previous orders of the same style were of good quality.

My son has worn virtually no shirt other than Snorgtees t-shirts for years. They have been creative, soft, well-cut, soft tags or tagless, and lasted a long time. We were disappointed to realize with our most recent order that they have switched to using Gildan t-shirts, which are thick, rough, boxy, and have scratchy tags. Prior experience with Gildan has taught us that the brand often shrinks, too, although we have not washed these. Still love the creative designs, but we will probably be looking for alternatives to a company that uses Gildan t-shirts. It's a shame.

I ordered 2 shirts and they were too small. I ordered the women's medium instead of unisex medium. They offered me a full refund immediately with no hassles. I love their shirts, but add great customer service and I'll definitely be buying more from them - with confidence!

Poor quality tees. Do not buy! After maybe 6 washes (according to the instructions on the label), I found a small pinprick hole near the bottom my tee. 2-3 washes later, and there's now a hole I can fit my thumb through in the sleeve. I've only had this shirt for a few months, and it's unwearable. Not worth spending $$ for it to land in the landfill after this short of a time.

Customer service was also poor. The shirts were not delivered even though the tracking information indicated they had been; when I reached out, Snorg accused me of submitting the wrong address (I hadn't) and told me to reach out to the post office -- since the package was marked as delivered, the post office couldn't do anything. We were lucky that a neighbor from several streets over eventually delivered the package to our (correctly labeled) address.

Nice designs, but I'll stick with other t-shirt design websites I've used in the past with higher quality clothing and better customer service at the same price tier.

30$ for a women's 2xl tank top. Cheap material, smelled like vinegar, and barely fit my 105# 20 years old niece.

So I've ordered from this company and before had no issues. Shirts were good quality and what I expected. Buy this last time I emailed customer service about shipping was told was a hold up with printing so upgraded me to priority. Ok fine. Then weather was crazy and I had noticed my package hadn't moved in days. So I hit up customer service and ask what's going on. Cuz I ordered on Feb 8th and it's the 20th at this point. Son2 days later she says it should be delivered today the 22nd. It didn't not come on the 22nd. So I reply seen that. Bummer I was supposed to get it by the 15th. Buy it's all good. This starts the first time I've ever been bombarded and harassed by a so called professional. She kept emailing me. Saying info I already knew about the order. Like to the point where I repeatedly told her stop emailing and asking what she wanted. Super weird and bizarre. I really liked them but customer service needs some help. So until that happens I'll find another company like 20 bucks a shirt and they don't offer free shipping. I can find better I'm sure

Cannot tell what T Shirts are made out of. Got two for Xmas and the material is inferior and cheap. I warned the ordered about the quality. Buyer beware.

Been a fan for years. Great, innovative tees always bring a smile to my face. In the era of just too many email blasts I have always looked forward to see the "latest". Occasionally, I even order from them! Not only did they ship promptly the went above and beyond to accommodate a request I had of them. They didn't have to do it, but I asked and their answer was "no problem". It just feels great to experience good old fashioned "customer service". Keep up the great work and thank you!

This site has some really creative tees for anyone who is proud to be a nerd. I ordered a shirt for my friends birthday and as her birthday got closer I still hadn't seen it I reached out to customer service and a Snorgtees employee got back to me within one business day and apologized for the inconvenience as there was a slight glitch in the system. They told me they had refunded my order in full and were sending the shirt that I ordered anyway! This kind of customer service makes me want to continue coming back. And I would recommend this store to everyone for that kind of integrity alone.

Ordered a tank top for a Christmas gift for someone And when I received it, it was a shirt, not a tank. Wrote an email explaining that I had chosen the tank and still got the shirt. Got a response saying that I chose the shirt not the tank, that choosing the tank picture as an option doesn't mean you get a tank top. And that a tank will cost $5 extra and I have to pay return fees. So maybe in the website you should change that tank option into actually getting a tank top instead of a shirt or vice versa. Trying to get people with those hidden fees of having to return things when it wasn't an error on their end is pretty $#*!ty. Definitely not buying anything from here again.

Just received my order for 4 (over $20 ea.) tee shirts. Very disappointed when I held them up t look them over. Very short in length, appeared small for the sizes I ordered, uneven seams, fabric was twisted, and very poor quality material. So sorry I spent the money for these. Since these are gifts for Christmas and I don't have time to replace gifts with something else, I will not return them. But for sure this will be my last and only order. These shirts remind me of the souvenir shop bins with tee shirts 2 for $6.

I was absolutely delighted with all the different designs SnorgTees had to offer and was so excited for my shirts to arrive after placing my order. I was told it would take 3 weeks to reach me and was given a tracking number. Though I was told my package had been shipped, the status from the tracking number showed that it was sent out 7 days after I had received that email. As weeks went on, no shirts. After a month I emailed them and asked for a status, where I was contacted very quickly with a flimsy excuse about me not choosing their priority shipping and was told to wait another week. After another week still no shirt, so I emailed again demanding a refund and they agreed. One week later my refund came through, but with the dollar to CAD rate change I ended up loosing money on this pointless transaction and got nothing in return. Worse t-shirt site I have ever used, highly disappointed. Use at your own risk!

I ordered fitness shorts from the G2OH website. I guess they use this SnorgTees as a sort of paypal I'm not sure. I ordered my first item months ago, it arrived on time and it fit well, which is snug being a fitness short. (Size XL) I'm 5'10 at 200lbs. I enjoyed these shorts so much that I ordered some more. When they didn't arrive in the mail, I contacted them at (*******@g2oh.com) they were very nice about making sure I received another shipment of my order, and suggested I send it to another address- because we were unsure if the items got lost in the mail or were stolen. I provided another address and received my items a week later. I use these items almost to workout in and I enjoy them very much. I will most likely order from this company again. (G2OH)

So I ordered the t-shirts that were suppose to arrive Dec. 26th 2017, it never arrived.

I even used the tracking number they gave, checked online AND called USPS and spoke to a representative. I even called snorgtees and was ignored because their "customer service" is for you to leave a msg and won't get back to you.

I emailed customer service and told them about not receiving my shirts and all the steps already. They only responded with "We shipped your shirts already."

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO. I don't have my t-shirts and even USPS is baffled by that tracking number you gave me. DID YOU FORGET TO SEND IT?

The customer service only gave a 2 line response to the things I know already, the "tracking number" instead of looking into the problems for you.

I don't play that game. Reporting this company as a fraud to my credit card company. Let's see visa block Snorgtees for all their future transaction as fraud and who has the last laugh.
