I have the cPanel Jumbo VPS deal with SmokyHosts for almost the past 2 years and not once has there been any downtime. Had to use their support only once, for setting up reverse DNS records and was done super quick.
Will highly recommend SmokyHosts to all my firends and colleagues for the quality and stability of the service I have enjoyed from them.
Should not be in business a terrible company where support says do it yourself!

I am evaluating the new Pay Per cPanel Account reseller hosting package, for use for my own sites, so I can eventually have Prod, Dev and Test cPanel accounts. Initially, I am monitoring Reliability with a home-made Probe. No Production or Test web sites are yet installed. But, as I familiarize myself with the hosting package, I am noting Issues, and will gradually work with Support to see if they can be resolved. So far, PHP 8 is the only Issue I have followed up on. With encouraging results.

We offer un-managed/self-managed hosting services. We do take care of the network and hosting infrastructure. However the customers are expected to know how to manage the data/applications hosted in their accounts on their own.
