Ordered Sept 13th and didn't receive my order until the 25th of November. USPS had to let me know the initial shipment wasn't delivered because of the company's mistake in labeling. The company then gaslit me and deleted reviews on Reddit. Reddit reviews for Skinorac are infiltrated by company bots. Be careful with your purchases. They also threaten in emails or dm about bad reviews

I have placed an order and paid with amount in my wallet. And it never was shipped in two weeks. All review written here are not from real users clearly.

DISHONEST BUSINESS
I ordered ten bottles of Careprost and only received one. I contacted skinorac.com via email as they do not provide a phone number. Skinorac.com sent one bottle, I would expect them to send an email stating that they would be sending the other nine bottles and when they would be sending them? It is extremely rare for them to answer me back and when they do, they give false information. After bombarding them with emails, I finally get an answer though it was dishonest. They provided me with a new tracking number and it was not recognized on 17Track. I asked them for the correct tracking number many times and they still have not responded and given me the correct tracking number. WHY? BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHIPPED NINE MORE BOTTLES. Their customer service is just flat out bad, dishonest and disrespectful. I have since disputed the amount with my credit card company. I always win when it comes to thieves trying to steal my hard earned money. STILL NO TRACKING NUMER OTHER THAN THE FAKE ONE!
AND AS YOU CAN SEE IN SKINORACS REPLY TO THIS REVEIW HE STILL HASN'T ANSWERED THE QUESTION, WHAT IS THE CORRECT TRACKING NUMBER? THERE IS NONE RIGHT? THAT IS WHY YOU WILL NOT REPLY TO MY SPECIFIC QUESTION. EVEN IN THE EMAIL THAT YOU HAVE POSTED FROM PAST CORRESPONDENCE YOU DID NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION! ON TOP OF THAT YOUR REPLY STATES YOU SENT FREE PRODUCT. You lied, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FREE PRODUCT. If I did give me the tracking number. I ONLY WANT WHAT I PAID FOR! YOU CHARGED ME 116$ FOR TEN BOTTLES AND THEN SHIPPED ONE BOTTLE! YOU DO NOT ANSWER EMAIL QUERIES WITHIN 24 HOURS MORE LIKE 96 HOURS OR MORE AND THEN ONLY AFTER I BOMBARD YOU WITH EMAILS. HERE'S THE TRACKING YOU GAVE ME LP*******IN! IT STILL NOT TRACKING. I HAVE ASKED MANY TIMES FOR THE CORRECT TRACKING NUMBER! LP*******IN IS THE ORIGINAL TRACKING WHERE YOU ONLY SHIPPED ONE BOTTLE! I HAVE BEEN TRACKING NOW FOR A TOTAL OF14 DAYS AND THE TRACKING STILL READS:

UPDATE 7/19/2022. SKINORAC HAS CLAIMED THAT THEY SHIPPED THE REMAINDER OF MY ORDER, (9 BOTTLES OF CAREPROST), AND THEY HAVEN'T. THEY HAVE CONTINUALLY LIED AND MANUFACTURED A FALSE TRACKING NUMBER. AS OF TODAY TRACKING (LP*******IN) FOR SECOND PACKAGE ON 17TRACK WEBSITE READS: 17TRACK

The brown envelope in the picture shows the original package that was sent to me. It clearly shows that 1 item was shipped and there should have been 10 items. The item weighs 10 grams. Tracking number is present. In the second picture it shows the email response I received from this merchant and it says, we have sent 9 more bottles. The 3rd picture shows skinorac responded with the tracking number that they claim had ship about 14 days ago. I tracked it everyday for the last 2 weeks and it still reads the same as stated in above paragraph: LP*******IN
