ShopReelAI / VineaSX / Abhi Dwivedi / Abu Dhabi Are / ReelApps - SCAM

I purchased ShopReelAI on 11/27/25, paying $37 for the main product and $230 for the bundle. Unfortunately, the software did not work as advertised. The video generator repeatedly malfunctioned, got stuck on a single image, cut full scripts down to a few weak sentences, and eventually stopped working entirely with 500 error codes.

I requested a refund within 24 hours, well within their advertised 14‑day "no‑questions‑asked" money‑back guarantee. Instead of honoring their policy, the seller (VineaSX / Abhi Dwivedi) stalled, ignored my requests, and repeatedly redirected me without providing a solution.

When I opened a dispute with Citibank, the vendor suddenly became responsive... BUT only to pressure me to drop the dispute. They implied they would help if I closed the case, but their communication was inconsistent and misleading. Citibank ultimately refunded the $37 charge (because VineaSX agreed to refund only that amount) but closed the $230 dispute due to a Mastercard technicality (VineaSX got Citibank on not waiting 15 days before doing the chargeback), unrelated to the product itself.

After the dispute closed, I contacted the vendor again to request the refund directly. They stopped responding. JVZoo confirmed the vendor was still claiming the transaction was "in dispute," even though Citibank had already notified them of the closure. This left me with no refund and no support.

Ultimately, JVZoo sided with the vendor because I opened a dispute that didn't close in my favor, and I lost $230 when VineaSX refused to honor its refund guarantee and avoided accountability at every step. Based on my experience, I strongly RECOMMEND avoiding this product (ShopReelAI) and this vendor (VineaSX / Abhi Dwivedi).
