I ordered a few items and for some reason they got lost. I emailed them and spoke to Ericka who was very helpful in assisting me and refunded me the amount that I paid.
Claims to be Australian,
Does not say that items are shipped from China.
Took over two months to deliver goods of a severely terrible quality and they were damaged.
Are now refusing refund.
DO NOT BUY!
Just received my order I made a month ago. Shipping was quite delayed- but i understand that the current virus has caused a lot of issues. I am really happy with the dress i bought and it is very similar to the photos on their website. I really trust this brand and have been an ambassador of theirs for 2 years now.
I placed an order with this company, and within that same hour I tried canceling. I emailed customer service and got one response. It has been a week and I have got NOTHING back from them. I have never experienced such bad customer service. The person who messaged me through Instagram kept telling me "hang on honey I'm looking into it", or "I told customer service about your concern". They clearly do not care about their customers. I absolutely do NOT recommend this boutique.
Super cute and trendy. The clothes are good material and comfortable. I got a red two piece and it is gonna be perfect for the summer time. Definitely taking this for vacation!
In this website they sell products of a very cheap quality that doesn't cost more than 5 pounds for 40 and this price with the Ambassador program imagine the poor customers that paid 80.
I've just joined the program because I thought it will be nice to participate in an Ambassador program cause i didn't really know what it was in the back of it.
That is basically attracting young ladies to spend money in your very overprice items thinking they can do modeling or gain a few followers. Thing that has an actual name: fraud, make a laugh with the people that believe in your brand and build loyality once by a lie not by selling quality products.
Ive contact them and they told me a refund of the money by sending them the product back it wont be possible cause i paid with the ambassador disccount wich still is very overprize. They told me I can have another product with 80% disccount so I still need to pay around 20 dollars for a super cheap item that I wont be able to wear because looks like a badly stitched jumper not warm and ugly.
Ive told them if they can come up with another solution and I had no more answers at all in one week so I dont think they are going back to me at all.
So disappointed and such a waste of money.
I hope I can reach somebody to dont do the same mistake. Go to H&M, shane, bohoo you spend less money and at least you get something that you can actually use.
The products came from china with no labels or anything like a product you can buy in a cheap street market. Even knowing they sell themselves as an Australian company
I ordered stuff as a so called ambassador. I payed around 80 $ for stuff I wouldn't even pay 10 bucks for. The quality has nothing to do with the pictures and description! They sell a winter jacket but what you get is the thinnest whatever that is supposed to be. Delivery came from China, has nothing to do with Australia.
After receiving the delivery I immediately contacted them via email and until not didn't get any response back! I want my money back! And I will sue them! This is ridiculous. I work hard for my money and have nothing to give to some scammers.
Stay away, believe me! This is the biggest crap ever!

The company is a complete scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The quality of the clothing is horrible, you do not get the same product advertised on the site. The clothing a very cheap, and cheaply made! The company advertises that they are Australian when they are Chinese!
