Broken plugin licensing and no support response

Purchased "Pro" version of two plugins and neither was actually licensed, their support didn't respond so we were forced to issue a chargeback for the unusable plugins.

I bought a few plugins for my woocommerce store and my site works great!
Woocommerce product add-ons and Follow-up emails plugins are amazing.
Their plugins are a lot cheaper than other sites I've found and offer unlimied updates.
