Shoes ordered 02/10/2016 and not a word. I'm so over these shoes I don't even want them anymore. Scammed for $100.00.

Shoes took AGES to arrive (and arrived separately) and were of very poor quality and cheap materials. The customer service team delayed providing the location and details for returning the shoes (which I had to pay for postage despite one pair being faulty), took over a year of numerous emails to get a refund. They refused to have a supervisor contact me. Will never use again, super dodgy.

Shoes are super cute and fit me just right! I can't wait to wear them out!
I bought a pair of sandles, they were not cheap, over 60 euros. When they arrived they were tiny and made out of cheap plastic! Absolute garbage.
When I complained they offered me a 13 euro refund, which I was not happy about.
The problem is you have to return the item to CHINA for a full refund by registered and tracked post which cost more than the sandals!
This site is a SCAM!

Shoespie are now claiming not to be able to find my order number even though I have sent them a copy of my Paypal receipt with all the details on!
How convienient for them!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from shoes pie early Feb 2016 its now March and I havnt heard a thing from them only the email they sent emediatly claiming the order went through, I emailed them only to be told it was Chinese New year and that was the delay that was 2 weeks ago. I order thingsfrom Germany England they normalll take 3 maybe 4 days. Shoespie must send by cargo ship any way I have been intouch with pay pal and I purchased as a guest, shoespie have been given 10 days to respond otherwise I get a full refund.
What a complete waist of time looking through thier web page selecting then a very long wait. Just to let you know Shoespie shopping should be a pleasurable experience wether shopping on line or in a department store. You as a supplier of goods shoulld look after ypur customers as if they were gold because its us that buy and keep you in business.

I ordered shoes on January 22 and its now February 29 and Still NO PACKAGE! Shoespie is such a ripoff. I hate shopping with you and your fraudulent company. I have been waiting to get a quality product from you and have not gotten anything. I spent money on shoes I don't even have. I spent money to send them back to you and still lose money in the end because I don't get a full refund? That's fraud and the shoes are not at all what they pose to be on the site. It's only been lies from the day I placed my order. I received the shoes from you in 20 days of ordering and just to let you know, your sizes are incorrect on the website. A size 7 1/2 should never fit like an 8 1/2. I shipped my shoes back to you 25 days ago and you still haven't received them. I find that very hard to believe. I also ordered a pair of beaded anklets that have been "under consultation" since January and have not received them at all. And I see on your website that all of a sudden they are sold out. I want my money back. I've been very patient, but I'm growing tired.

Best shoes I have ever bought. They look like much higher quality than what you pay for. Comparable to Steve Madden. Also they are very comfortable.
Look exactly like the photos! These are a little hard to get on, but once I did, they are pretty loose. Would give a 5/5
