Very good
This neck pillow is very firm and comfortable: what I was looking for! I love that is made of the best wool and cotton here in the USA.
Good
I bought this pillow because I am a side sleeper. I place it under my chin neck area and it is comfortable for me and helps me sleep better. I own two of them I use the other for my arm. Love that it is filled with natural materials. Love your regular pillows also am waiting for a good sale to buy two new ones. Love the fact that filling is wool not any synthetic materials and came packaged in paper not plastic.
Well-Made Pillow, But Not the Right Fit for Me
I really wanted to love this pillow—and I think it could be a great fit for many people!
I'm giving it 3 stars for a few reasons:
The pillow feels a bit overstuffed and doesn't contour well to my neck. For reference, I'm about 5'5" and 140 lbs, so this might not be an issue for someone with a larger frame. Maybe adding a zipper to allow some of the wool to be removed would make a good compromise.
My mattress is on the softer side, which may be contributing to the misalignment. On a firmer mattress, this pillow might perform better.
The pillowcase is beautifully made—the material feels high-quality and well-constructed. However, the flap design is a bit awkward. It's positioned too far down and makes it difficult to put on or remove, especially since the pillow is so firm.
Overall, it's a well-made product, but it just didn't quite work for my setup and body type.
Saw it at Blackberry Farm's Spa
Blackberry Farm uses this pillow at their spa. I got to try it when I was visiting and loved it so much I had to have one. Luxury. Elevated. Perfect size.

Love that they sell this pillow- I've always used a massage ball or rolled up towel and this is far superior (and actually comfortable). I love it so much

Excellent product
My mother has arthritis and sometimes sleeps in her recliner and she was experiencing pain in her neck and shoulders from the recliner itself. A normal pillow was too big and cumbersome especially with turning over on her side. She is very allergic to memory foam and so I was looking for a solution and having a hard time finding one because most pillows now of that sort are made of memory foam or some variant

So I was like, I have to give these a try and see how Mom likes them.
When they arrived I could immediately tell that the pillows were made with the utmost care and quality and actually handmade as if they were specifically made for her.
The size was perfect for her to sleep in the recliner, as well as in the bed or even as a travel pillow. We immediately noticed how well filled and how firm the pillows were.
The first night that she slipped on them she could tell a difference and she did not have any pain in her shoulders which she has had several operations on. So the very first night it was a win.
She also did not have any allergic reaction, like she does with memory foam pillows, so that was win number two.
The quality, the comfort, the presentation all were indicative of a great product that feels handmade for the purchaser.
From two perspectives both my mother and I would highly recommend these pillows. I'm thankful that she has some support now when she does have to sleep in a recliner or even taking a nap elsewhere.
If you're looking for a neck pillow that will support your neck, help alleviate pain and don't have memory foam, then these are the pillows for you. I would definitely also recommend getting the case for the pillows.
Neck pillow
The pillow is nicely made however it is very small and not worth the price. It took forever to arrive.
Exactly what I was looking for
This pillow is really well made and fits perfectly under my neck. I like that it's made out of natural materials and is less bulky than buckwheat pillows. The compact size is also great for travel.
I want more wool bed items
Neck pillow exactly what I needed for arthritis and pinching of nerves in neck - I had no idea these products were available in wool. Planning on getting a regular wool pillow...
Not as comfortable as had expected
I am disappointed. It was confusing how to insert the pillow into the case and the pillow was not as comfortable as I had expected it to be. I would rather sleep without a pillow.
Not very washable….
I needed a neck pillow that was truly washable due to environmental allergies. The outer pillow case cover is washable but not the casing which holds the wool. I tried to wash and dry them both but the wool turned into a brick which is now half the size it started out as. I even used wool liquid cleaner to wash it.
There needed to be a zipper on the casing for the wool so it can all be washed. Otherwise, when I first received it the size the great so was the quality.
Neck issues
This was a very well made pillow, but was too firm anf too large for me, so I returned it
Better Sleep and Eliminated My Neck Pain
The neck pillow's design is perfect. By chance, I put two horizontally together and rested my head on them. My neck pain disappeared almost immediately and over time completely. I had been using a round neck pillow of the kind often sold in chiropractic offices and I think it is the height and contour that does not help the neck. Anyway, the combo of the two Shepherd's Dream neck pillows works. One might think that the little dip in-between the two pillows would be uncomfortable, but not at all.
Exactly what I was looking for!
I'm so happy I treated myself to this neck pillow. I tend to have shoulder tension and pain from time to time due to a mild injury. This winter was the worst with the pain I was experiencing so I decided to get a supportive pillow that was thoughtfully crafted and I'm so happy I found Shepard's Dream. I haven't had any pain since sleeping with this pillow. Now I can't imagine sleeping without it. So grateful, thank you!
Perfect neck support
I have some neck issues that benefit from neck support that doesn't create a strain. This neck roll pillow is the perfect size and has benefited me greatly. Perfect size to bring I along on travels as it doesn't take up too much space.

Good Little Pillow
It helps give my neck the support it needs when I need it. But a bit too full for my lumbar area when I need support there.
