Not sure
I'm very happy with the level of firmness. I also do not overheat as with my other pillows, which I massively appreciate. But it has a strong odor. I can smell it on my pajamas every morning. I air out the pillow daily in the sun. Not sure what to do.
Not thick enough
I really wanted to like this pillow but already after two weeks of use it has compressed to be too low, so I feel like I have to buy another one. I bought the medium thickness but would definitely define it as thin. I wish I would have bought the thickest one available.

Ashland organic wool pillows
I absolutely love my new pillows. I had been using down pillows for a long time and found I had to scrunch frequently to get the loft I needed to feel comfortable. Not so with my new wool pillows. They have been comfortable from day one. Thank you Shepherd's Dream!

I thought ordering a fully filled pillow would have had more filling. Vary dissatisfied.
Great quality wool and terrific presentation. Thinner than I expected however
I really like the pillow. Unfortunately, it is extremely thin; I would estimate its thickness at about 1.5". This is probably because wool compacts easily and does not fluff easily. So, if you like thin pillows like I do, but not this thin, then don't get the thin version!

I bought the pillow for my daughter who complained frequently about neck and shoulder pain in the morning. She likes the pillow!

Sweet pillow
I ordered the standard size in the medium weight. It was beautifully made. I realized I needed the heavier weight given that it will compress over time. I highly recommend it.

I love this pillow. It took a while to arrive, but worth the wait. It is not very thick, but I use it on top of my other pillows, and sleep well.

Love this pillow! I have tried so many different pillows over the years in an attempt to overcome neck pain but none of them worked. I have been using this pillow for almost a month and have only woken up with neck pain once!
