Best Yet
I was pretty sure I would be returning this as I have so many others, but I believe the difference is in the talalay vs Dunlop latex. Both are great alternatives but for a pillow the talalay is IMO perfect. I ordered the soft 1.5 and it was also perfect. I called European Sleep Works directly and they were able to help me choose a size by asking a few questions. I bought it here and it was the best decision for my aching neck and shoulders. The shape of the pillow is also a game changer in helping keep your head in the correct position.

I am 59 years old with substantial neck arthritis (post-fusion surgery) and use CPAP every night. Getting my pillow right is critical to my well-being. Having used an Oxygen pillow for years prior mine finally seemed to be wearing out so went looking for a replacement. It seemed I had lost track of the supplier I used previously so searched until I finally found the supplier I bought my Oxygen pillow from in the past, Shepherd's Dream as it had been so long since my last order! (this pillow has lasted years) I went through the sizing process and once again have my pillow back! I have tried many pillows with many amazing claims but the Oxygen pillow is the only one that delivers the comfortable sleep I need. Thanks so much to Shepherds Dream for continuing to provide this excellent product!
My Favorite Pillow Ever
I absolutely love this pillow. After years of using memory foam pillows, I switched to latex about 10 years ago (for health reasons). I've loved solid latex pillows for a while now (I've tried but don't like the shredded latex). The ability to choose just the right size and firmness is amazing. I finally found the perfect pillow for me, a side sleeper (Medium, 2).

Perfect Pillow
Best pillow for side sleeping. Pillow cradles the head in just the right position. The specific design of the pillow causes the back of the head to sink down lower than the face, keeping the head aligned with the spine. I'm able to relax my head and neck completely. Standard size pillow is perfect for side sleeping. Turning over to the other side lands your head exactly wear it needs to be on the pillow. I'm a man- 5'9 and 145 pounds. I got the number 1.5 in medium softness. I don't feel like the pillow is too expensive considering how many times other pillows need to be replaced, espeacially trying to find the right one. This is the perfect pillow.
Best pillow ever!
We LOVE it! My daughter is finally getting excellent sleep. I'm on my second Oxygen pillow. (After 15 years I deserved a new one). Best pillow ever and well worth the price.
Not the same
I bought my first "oxygen" pillow 30 years ago when we bought our Sovn mattress (and slatted platform) and loved, loved, loved it. To the point that I would take it with me on trips. This new pillow is not the same. It is not sized the same. It is too thick and not as accommodating or as comfortable. Makes me sad……. I want the old pillow.

I've used a pair of these pillows for over 10 years and they are the best.
Overpriced and overstuffed.
To say this pillow didn't work for me would be a huge understatement— it's probably one of my least favorite pillows ever, and the most expensive. I'm 5' 10" so ordered the medium height. It's way, way too tall and there's no absolutely no recessed or softer area in the middle that would indicate the super-special construction it's supposed to have. It likes a sack stuffed with pieces of rubber, because that's what it is.

I appreciate this new oxygen pillow for sure! Thank you! It is a little firmer than I expected and my ear has had to get used to it a bit. But all and all I am getting a better night sleep and it has helped my oxygen situation, I think, due to holding my head in the correct position. I'm Comfy and Grateful now!

This pillow does not disappoint. Had to replace my first one and was happy to find a company I could order it from. It's fitted to me so very comfortable.

Got to tell you that last night using oxygen pillow,(med., 2") i slept like a baby... it was so comfortable the second i laid my head on it... i have had all wool pillows before, but i. m.o.doesn't compare to the combination of wool & foam... it actually made my all wool mattress feel better, if thats possible...
