Fraud customer service scams

I am a customer of serve and when i filed my taxes this year i still had my old card from last year i couldn't remember my phone number i used last year so they wouldn't reset my pin update my email then in reported my card stolen and three days went by and i hadn't heard anything so i called and all my money was withdrawn and i called and reported it and they hung up on 4 xs and to this day I'm out 1000 and nothing has been done i even went to Jackson Hewitt and called them and they witnessed it happen
I cant even log into my account cause the wont reset my email
Tip for consumers:
the customer team was horrible they hung up on me several times i called them 14 times in 24 hours
