I got some lip color, it looked good going on but burned my lips, thinking that maybe I had chapped lips or something my teen daughter tried and screamed from the burning, couldn't get it off fast enough. Have tried this on 5 different ppl, not telling them what happened. They all complained of burning, one even said, "wow this stuff smells like alcohol". Read ingredients, has alcohol listed first meaning it is mostly alcohol llisted again later on, also has methyl glucose ether, st. Johns wart and other things can't even pronounce. The very last time I get reeled into buying something that I know nothing abt. Folks be careful.

I wish I never heard about this comanpy/product. Biggest head ache. All the girls do are lie and cheat you for your money. Before I had even placed my order, no one told me about their being a out of stock issue. If I would have known from the beginning I would have NEVER signed up. Then hearing every week, "the stock is coming back, stay positive it's a great comanpy" LOL... what a joke. What makes it even more pathetic is the company has been around 17 years... what an embarrassment! The ladies running the company are beyond clueless and it shows. For anyone who actually things this is a great company has serious issues. The product isn't even as great as people make it. It barely last especially when you eat, this whole thing is a joke and I fell for it. It took me months to get a hold of anyone at customer service and they have so many BS lies, everyone is always in a meeting or training... maybe management and owners should close down because this will never get better. You can run a company when you are clueless. The service is beyond horrible. I've been in customer service my entire life and have never encountered such horrible service and the attitudes are ridiculous.
You can't say you worked part time when they is NEVER STOCK. This company deserves no stars.

The worst. They do not care about their customers and especially don't care about their distributors. Will allow you to buy product (and pay for it) when they can't fulfill the order (for months!) Most recently I was charged for product over a month ago and still don't have it. I've sent many emails and not a single response. The lipsense product *if you can get it!* is great. The skincare line caused me a lot of issues. But no issue as big as the financial ones this unethical and near-fraudulent "company" has caused. Please notice all the gals who gave even a semi decent review left their info so they can promote themselves lol. That should say it all!

These guys can't get their s#!$ together. As a distributor tying to bring some extra cash is trying to get product is a joke. Hours can go by when they get product in stock because they have elementary skilled people doing the website work and cant figure out how to update their dang server to move. I'm writing this as I have been waiting over an hour to get product to sell. They rarely have stock and when it comes in I have to coordinate with other distributors to see who can get it and then trade. Senegence must also have elementary skilled manufacturers where they can't figure out what demand is a make to it. I'm sure they don't mind because they sell everything they make but if they keep this up too long, they will be a flavor of the month and someone will figure out how to get past any IP they have and sell it at a lower cost and not stock out every dang thing.

I tried Lipsense in December of 2016 and absolutely loved it. I decided to become a distributor as there are really none in my region. I was able to sell 6 sets... and have sold none since January. Why? Because there is NO STOCK. None. They take your $55 initiation fee and then there is nothing that you can sell. I am certain that "heavy hitters" or the highest sales people get first dibs on product. I'm so disappointed. I didn't even want to do this for money. I just loved the product and wanted to share. Those that I sold to no longer ask about the product, and rightfully so. They can't buy anything anyway. I will not share this with friends only to let them down. Also, when there is MINIMAL stock, the website crashes. I have not been able to get on to purchase even with 4 to 5 browsers open while also using my phone. Again, I think the high sellers get advanced notice. Anyone praising the company is not experiencing this, and I think the majority of us suckers who signed up are. In addition, it's absolutely criminal that there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've sent over 12 emails at different times and made dozens of calls. Nobody has ever emailed back or answered the phone. It's disgusting. How is this company still running? Apparently they are experiencing "growing pains," but if they're experiencing this they should not allow people to sign up to be distributors, nor should they be expanding into more and more countries. It seems that they do not want to change as they're making quite enough money.

I have been using SeneGence products since summer of 2016 and loved them so much I signed up for the distributor discount. Is the company experience growing pains? Yes, but a postiive attitude and a little patience goes a long way toward making this a good experience. Exponential growth is both fantastic and painful, and changes don't happen overnight but we're getting there. Yes we have out of stock issues, but all distributors have an upline support system from which to draw, and they are all fabulous. If someone's direct upline is not helpful, go to the next one up, and so on. This company cares about its distributors. My advise to anyone who isn't happy with their experience is to take it to their upline and stay the course. Eventually the understock issue will be ironed out and when it does, those who stayed confident are going to benefit greatly!

This is a scam. They must make their money on signing up new distributors because for months now they've been saying they are experiencing growing pains but constantly are out of stock on almost every single item. This company should have worked it's problems out by now. They also take your money right away and then don't ship your order till over a month later, then not ship the complete order. They've not responded to any of my emails. I highly encourage your to read the reviews. You'd be crazy to buy into this poorly run business. However, the lipsense is a great product, too bad the company is so bad to deal with.

A friend of mine is a distributor for SeneGence. I purchased a couple of lip colors/glosses and fell in love with the product. So, I wanted to buy more and my friend suggested I become a distributor so that I can purchase the product at a discount. I'm learning now that while yes, you can buy the product at a discount you will not ever find anything in stock because most distributors will hoard, I mean buy so much product that nobody else is able to later. Then they trade amongst themselves. This is the most ridiculous business plan I've ever seen or heard of. I work and go to school full-time. I don't have time to sit at a computer to wait until they release new colors or add inventory. I don't have the luxury of that kind of time. BEWARE! I do not RECOMMEND this MLM even if you're looking to just buy at a discount.

This company is horrible. I love the products I use and other people have used. But it is extremely hard to order anything with all the out of stock issue. I mean 1 color or item every other week. People panic buy and buy all the colors that come out so it doesn't leave any for others to order. Some of us have a fulltime job and a family to raise we can't sit in front of the computer waiting to see what's going to come out. They should limit the # of items selected per distributor and not 20 of the same color for 1 person. We voice the concerns we have to corporate office but none is addressed. I mean so many people could have invested their time and money in a different company. Maybe even stop signing up new people until you get all the back orders completed, set a limit on how many colors each person can order and then start getting more people on so they sign up with things they can actually get.

I joined Senegence because I like their LipSence lip glosses (that's about it). I thought it was an amazing product. I was so disappointed and continue to be 3 months later. Items are always Temporary out of Stock or if you order something that you want for a customer is sent to you as a Partial Order. That's when I realized this company is a scam. Corporate office is clueless. I have called them and I'm always transferred to someone else only to hear "you're number 219". My calls are never returned or e-mails responded. I regret having hope with this company and I regret spending my money or the bull$#*! starter kit which is only a bunch of literature.

I became a distributor in August 2016 and have enjoyed my business since! It takes hard work for any home based business so if you don't have what it takes to own your own business, then SeneGence isn't for you! You don't need to recruit to earn money either! There marketing plan allows you to make great money by selling their products only. Sure, they are going through a growth spurt and products are out of stock but it just goes to show how awesome the products and the business really are! I joined this company December of 2016. I was so excited and pumped. Not long after, all of that excitement disappeared. There's so many out of stock issues it's really hard to make money unless you're already established in the business. You have to purchase your own website so customers can go on and shop. A lot of them are turned off by invoicing. You aren't allowed to say anything negative... even though there's MANY problems within this company. It's all hush hush. I felt scammed getting into this business. You have to purchase $300 of limited stock to get the 50% discount... most of which you'll lose money having to trade with other distributors to make your customers happy! I've been doing this for a few months and still have no idea what's going on, the only product I've really learned about is the lipsense, and the only person I've benefited is the crown princess (highest ranking distributor). I wouldn't be surprised if they lose a lot of distributors very soon unless they fix their problems! Do it if you just want the discount, otherwise don't waste your money. Every time I see someone new sign up I cringe a little bit. Wish I'd never started with Senegence...

I love the lipsense, but the company is run very poorly. I loved the lip product so i became a distributor. $55 ($63 with tac etc) gets you in. Once in i saw hardly NO product is in stock! I ordered what i could, placing orders totaling $409. In a months time i have only recieved 2 lip colors, 2 oops, and 3 glosses. The others are "backordered" or "ready to ship"... For weeks!? Im not ordering anything else. They dont seem to know how to run a company.

Honestly, Senegnce International is an amazing opportunity. Yes, you have to pay $55 to sign up and to renew every year. There is not a monthy Fee, or quota!
How much money you make soley depends on your direct sales skills, how many downlines (Distributors signed underneath yourself) and how well those downlines do.
You can not only break even but make up to 100% profit the first time you purchase a qualifying 750pv order.
That's $1500. 00 of products for $750.00 plus tax and shipping of course!

Sell all of that product and you will make back your money and profit 100%!
DO NOT FORGET, you can keep some of those products for yourself instead of
Keeping the profit.;-)

Don't ever buy any of this company's products. I bought all 5 of their diamond colors with diamond gloss for Valentine's Day well over a month before Valentine's Day. Despite repeated inquiries from my distributor there was nothing by Valentine's Day. The lipstick finally shipped late. Today, after keeping the money for almost 3 months they refunded the diamond gloss amount. The diamond gloss was the only reason I paid the extra money for their overpriced lipstick.

I got sucked into this business because a popula vlogger on YouTube started advertising it. Make sure you get all your information before joining this company. My uplin recommended I put all my stock purchases on a credit card so I could get rewards points. Yes, they actually recommend you go into debt to buy their product. The bad thing about this business is that you have to purchase stock or get a SeneGence approved website, which costs $300 on top of your starter fee. If potential customers want to purchase through the SeneGence site, you will not show up in the distributor locator because you did not pay the $300. This company is crap. Join another MLM or start your own business. You'll make more money.
