Ordered blinds for our library. They were easy to order, easy to install and look great.
Whole House Shades
The ordering process was easy and very helpful. The shipping was very reasonable. Easy to install but there was a couple of openings too big and a couple of openings too small leaving a larger gap at the sides. I also opted for the powered shades and they came "preprogrammed". The preprogramming was completely wrong and served no purpose of doing it pre-hand since I had to go through all the openings and do it myself. The preprogramming in fact was a bigger hassle than if it wasn't preprogrammed. The programming was difficult because there were 3 different directions on how to program the shades. The chat and the help phone line was not very much help either as they couldn't give me the correct directions either. In the end the shades are great but it took some getting through issues that didn't have much help to resolve.
Quality room darkening blinds at a good price
Searching for what I wanted was much easier with SelectBlinds than many other sites. They made it clear that I would need additional hardware and hubs in order to automate my blinds with Alexa. Installation was very easy and the blinds paired with the included remote control instantly. Interestingly, my Alexa recognized the blinds even without the additional hub, but could not actually control them. This isn't a huge deal other than it seems like the ability to pair with Alexa *without* the hub should have been possible. Once the hub arrived a few days later, it was easy to set up and link to Alexa. The one dislike that I have is that I haven't been able to use Alexa voice commands to partially open/close the blinds. I'll keep digging in any documentation to see if this is possible.

Love the blinds Be aware that if you purchase the bridge you need to use 3rd party apps (ie Alexa, Google home, etc.) in order to share control with family members.
Product great, shipping not so much
The ordering process was easy and once I finally got the blinds, they are of good quality and seem to work well. However, the shipping experience was one star. The fault lies with the shipping company, as they mis-routed the packages and it took weeks and weeks to receive them. I would love to give more stars, as the product is good, but Select Blinds needs to consider using a more reliable shipping company.
Love my blinds
Love the blinds, the ordering process, the ease of installation and will purchase more. The only problem I have is connecting it to the bond bridge so I can raise and lower the blinds while away

Shade Pruchase for New Home
Received my Honeycomb Shades. They are wonderful. Everyone loves them when they see the added automation of the shades. They always ask where I purchased them. I have recommended them site to several of my friends.

Beautiful
Very sleek, beautiful roller shades! Had a minor difficulty trying to sync all the windows together on the multi Chanel remote, reached out to tech and they sent us a set up video- complete user error so we were able to easily and correctly finish the set up. They look great and customer support was super helpful.
The home hub is junk
First let me start off by saying everything was great with my Roman shades. They were easy to install fit just as expected. The actual motorization is nice only problem with that is the battery pack is a pain to get hung and it stay on the actual mount. The home hub is not linking with my Alexa and it's not showing it to be compatible when I look on line at Amazon. What is other options for the hub.
Excellent service
The ordering process was easy. I paid for the additional fit insurance and I'm so glad that I did. Something needed to be resized and the customer service experience was superb! I plan on using this company again as I need more blinds as part of a whole house remodel.
Perfect fit, look and work great!
Ordered by phone, which actually saved me time and money. Received them in a short period of time; no issues. It took 10 minutes per blind to install. We will order more for other windows in our house.
BEST company to deal with
Zebra shades were easy to install. Directions were simple and the remote( motorized shades) was a cinch to program. Product arrived on time and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you SelectBlinds we will definitely be ordering soon
Excellent Shades, Price and After-Sale Service
Shauna, the design specialist, was knowledgeable and made sure that we requested and received the samples, measurements are correctly made and that we were given the best price for the Shades we selected. They were 3 to 4 times less expensive than the other similar motorized shades we explored. Three year warranty was very reassuring and reflects the confidence SelectBlinds has in its products. The shades were made and shipped reasonably rapidly (less than 10 days). The instructions and videos for the installation were clear and they were easy to install. Customer service was excellent and solved two issues we had after the installation. Overall, excellent design help, more than reasonable price structure, speedy manufacture and shipping, and prompt and knowledgeable after- sale service makes choosing SelectBlinds shades a no brainer.
Great product, value and large selection
I have never bought or installed shades before. I had pre-ordered some samples and measured as per the site guide. Custom size Product was made very quickly and shipped within couple of weeks. I also opted for the remote and wireless hub. They were easy to setup. Tip: charge the batteries fully before installation. Much easier.
They make ordering and installing so easy!
I ordered the motorized Zebra blinds with the bridge and controller. Super easy ordering and installation was great after I got a hang of it. Programming the blinds to the remote was easy. The bridge was fairly easy but haven't figured out how to connect to Alexa yet.

I ordered a motorized solar curtain but it came defective from the manufacturer. I reached out to select blinds and they sent me a whole new kit, no questions asked. They curtain is awesome and I'd definitely buy again.
