My Vertical Blinds Order
A few months ago, everything seemed fine with my vertical blinds order until I received them. I placed an order for the blinds to open from the middle. So, when open there would be part of the blinds on each side of the window. They were made with 7 panels on one side and 6 on the other side. Which means when closed they do not line up in the middle of the window. These blinds were not inexpensive. I never said anything about it because I saw a review that said they don't answer complaints. I am very disappointed in this order!
Good quality but wrong valance
I ordered the rounded valance but received the square one.
Our blinds will NOT rotate after only a couple months.
We aren't happy with them. After only maybe a couple months, I don't even think it's been that long. They won't rotate anymore. It's two adults that live in the house. They haven't been abused and they are no longer working correctly.
Decent for the $$
Ordering was easy, but they lost my order during processing and I don't receive until 3 weeks after original delivery date.
