Updated look for a renovated condo
I ordered these blinds on a 50% sale by chance- bonus for me! I felt like they may be rather trendy so I was glad to not spend a ton of money to replace the ancient blinds in a condo we renovated. I love them! They really put a great finishing touch on our work- so up to date and fresh. And the temperature difference! These are great for blocking the heat.
Installation was super easy but it is a two person job. Shipping was somewhat slower than I had anticipated, but the blinds were packed very well and had no damage. I was so happy with them I ordered another type for a project in Michigan.
2 months later
I ordered the woven wood shade in the cordless option on Jan 5. The website says their products ship in 5-7 days which was the reason I ordered from Select Blinds - I wanted something quickly. The fine print says certain products may take longer. My order shipped in 10 business days, however what I didn't realize was the woven wood shades are made overseas so it took awhile to get to the states and then got caught in Customs. When I contacted Customer Svc to ask about the hold up, I spoke to a rep in India who could only tell me that my order was in Customs. Eventually it was delivered Jan 30th. Upon installing the shade, it hung crooked. I emailed Customer Svc to make a warranty claim. I had to take photos using a tape measure and level to prove it hung crooked. They agreed to make another shade for me. I got the remake on 3/5 and this one hung straight so I'm satisfied. It was just it took much longer than I expected and seemed to be quite the hassle.
Great blinds
These are very well made and so easy to put up as they were no drill. When you measure as instructed. It works great. They elevate the look of our living room.

First set of blinds were too narrow, called customer service and had the correct width delivered within 3 weeks.
Still waiting on response from manufacturer
Blinds came without an adjustment option! Have spoken to two representatives on this problem with no solution. Still waiting for someone to get back to me!
Quality product
Website is user friendly. Received product in a timely manner. Quality is better than I expected. Installation was not difficult.
The blinds don't fit. Is there an opportunity to return them?
The shipping took way longer than competitors I also considered and was delayed because it came from China.

Office Casual
These are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly. My only regret is that I didn? T opt for a liner. Our office window faces west and while the sun is filtered now it? S still a nuisance. If I had it to do over I would opt for a liner.
Not American made?
Did not realize the shades were not made in America. Tracking the shipment from Viet Nam was interesting. Shipment included 3 cartons. They were all delivered on 3 different days. Not Select Blinds fault but their customer service was not helpful in locating cartons since not all received with first. Final carton received after filing claim with UPS (lost in Louisville hub). All that being said we are very pleased with the shades and installation could not have been easier!

Beautiful and easy blinds, however almost see thru. Should have ordered the liner. Hopefully we can add this feature.

Beautiful Blinds despite delayed shipping
Easy to install and very beautiful blinds. Sample was shipped quick so I was able to make a quick decision. Blinds were not shipped as indicated when order was placed but were received in great condition. I would order again despite the shipping snafu.
Woven wood shades
Shades look amazing in the room but they took over a month to get here so that was a bit annoying. Outside of that I love them

I've purchased many window coverings from select blinds and have always been happy. These were easy to install and exactly as described.
Great blinds/slow shipping
The blinds we ordered are amazing and were very easy to install! Only downside and a knock off a star was that these were ordered 9/1 and just got delivered 10/15. Other than that, will definitely shop here again!

Ordering samples online was easy and our samples arrived fairly quickly but the system could not update online beyond the order date and projected shipment dates (these never changed from 8/4 when checking status almost daily). Took several chat sessions and phone calls to find out manufacturing had not even begun(8/13). From text sent to us 8/13: Hi there.
