Awful experience
Ordered a room darkening cellular shade. Price seemed reasonable and order process was ok. However, when we installed the shade it was too short and too narrow. Initial attempts to contact Customer Service were frustrating. Eventually made contact via text. Was unable to submit photos showing issue. We were asked to resubmit measurements. I replied that I wasn’t home at the moment and would resubmit asap. The next day received an email saying my replacement blinds had been ordered—BEFORE I had submitted or confirmed the measurements. No surprise the replacement blinds did not fit. Was then told “we cannot refund your purchase price or further remake your blinds”. Extremely disappointed and will not do business with this company again.

After 30 years the master bedroom was due for a refresh. A friend referred me to your website and the experience was smooth and easy. The blinds look great and I am very happy with the result.
Could be better, but still good.
The frame construction is top notch. I personally don't care for the handle mounting to the inside of the lower frame, as the honeycomb is fragile and has a small but visible bulge where the handle is mounted. I have Select Blinds brand Deluxe blackouts in another room and those came with magnets for the bottom frame to secure it to the sill(inside mount) and the cellular shades had a small cutout on the edges for a side track to slide up and down in, which blocked any light from the edge of the shades; these Levolor do not come with either option and do let in minimal light on each side(the top on bottom frame are tight to the sides, a perfect fit)and to 'seal out' light from the bottom you must pull the shade past the frame and rest it on the sill.
Overall a good quality option, but as someone that works nights and sleeps during the day, I don't think I could classify this as a true blackout shade. It still gets the room significantly darker than my old Level or wood outside frame blinds.
Guests Sleeping Better in the Dark
The outdoor pole light that lights up dark corners outside our new house also lights up our upstairs lounge/guest room at night. This shade was the best and easiest solution for that problem. Installation was simple as this blind replaced an old pleated light filtering shade.
Absolutely Amazing
I could not be more happy with my new blind! It's beautiful, so easy to install and the motorization is so worth the extra cost. Select blinds was easy to order from, delivery updates were on point. Would recommend to everyone I know
Levelor Blackout
Absoulutely love the blind, the install was very easy and straightforward. The only negative is the color. On the sample it looks offwhite which is what we wanted to match another blind in the room, but in reality it is more white than we thought. We will deal with it because it is a bedroom but other than that am very satisfied with the blind as far as fit and function

Very Happy with my blackout blinds
Love my new honeycomb blinds. Do a great job blocking out light. BEst of all there are no strings. You push up to get more light and pull down to darken the room.
