Beautiful Shades
Love the rich color of these shades (Macassar). They let just the teeniest bit of light in, which is great for sleeping in - but not for TOO long. The quality is excellent and the shipping was super fast. Highly recommend!
Great blinds
Replaced the exact same blinds that had cords to work them and the cords had worn through and failed. Love the bamboo, color, and ease of use.

We love our shades in Pansy print! They are so cute and I installed them myself! The construction/installation I only gave a four star review because screw heads were popping off and the screws were breaking inside of our trim - we had to use different screws (construction screws - same size as ones included just a tad shorter) and they installed seamlessly. Again, the included screws are cheaply, were busting (even after drilling) so we switched to better quality ones w head and they worked perfectly!?
Perfect Solution
I lived in my new home for 6 months before I decided what to put in the kitchen window. I didn't really want to put anything in the window, but needed a solution for when I travel and need to close up the house. The woven wood looks like a valance when it's open, but provides privacy when needed. And it adds the perfect color and texture.

Everything about choosing the blinds was easy including customer service, pricing, selection, installation and use. The blinds transformed the room, in ways we couldn? T be happier with and elevated it snd brought all the furnishings together.
Customer service is excellent
I needed privacy in our main bath, I researched other companies and chose this one. I loved the color and look of this bamboo shade the best. It came in a timely manner, when opening the package which was package to protect the shade and upon inspection I notice that one slit was cracked. I took a picture and sent it to customer service department. They immediately responded and sent out a new one. Very happy with my purchase and the company's guarantee they stand behind it.

When lifted, these are all clumped up in a messy pile at the top. Nearly impossible for them to look straight because of irregularities with wood. Cheaply made, look tacky.
Exactly what I wanted
Love this blind! Fit perfect! Super easy and quick to install. My only issues where some of the strings holding blind together were dirty, white paint rubbed off before I received it, blue paint found on one or two slats.
Total Junk!
I recently received my order of two sets of these cordless woven wood shades. Could not be more disappointed in the quality. When the shades are lifted they don? T lift into a nice organized shape but just form a blob that rolls over onto itself and looks very sloppy. The side pieces are super cheap junk that have a tiny piece of Velcro that doesn? T properly hold the piece on and is cut in such a way that you see all of the glue on the inside of the pieces. I would never put these up in my house. Probably wouldn? T put them in a crappy rental either, given the price. I have been a long time customer of Select Blinds and up until this point I have been a big fan. However, they won? T acknowledge that the design here is ultra poor and so I? M stuck with them. Good opportunity to go shop elsewhere I guess. Hope they are happy with losing a customer over their own issue.
Very Impressed
I am very pleased with the new shade I received from Select Blinds. It fits my Bay window perfectly! Because of its size, I did need an extra set of hands to hold in place while mounting. Overall, the installation was easy enough! It is exactly what I was looking for!

These blinds are exactly what I was looking for. Something easy to install, good price but has some character and adds warmth to our kitchen. Couldn? T be happier. They were very easy to install.

Wrong color blind
I purchased four blinds in the exact same color and style for windows in the same room. One blind was an incorrect color. I sent photos to customer service now. They have not replied and I have no idea if the company has a plan to replace the blind.
Just what I wanted!
I needed window shades for my bathroom and first ordered online from a home improvement store because I was looking for lowest cost. They arrived and both were the wrong size and the store made it very complicated to order replacements. So I returned them and tried SelectBlinds. I was nervous about the cost, and about whether I would get the measurements correct. But I followed the instructions and measured every direction 3x to be sure. They arrived on time and are perfect for what I wanted. They were really easy to install (another worry!) and are great quality. So pleased. Now I am saving up to buy another for my bedroom window!
Nice looking
The blinds are nice looking. They are for a smaller kitchen window. But they are super heavy, I wouldn? T put these on a large window, it? S a lot to pull down and the tension is super tight. They broke like 5 days after the warranty expired. Obviously warranty was expired, but that? S super frustrating. Told that they won? T do anything about it. Was hoping they might be lenient since it was a couple days past. Nope. Their 3 year warranty is great during that time when something goes wrong. But once it? S over they will most definitely break again and you? Ll be replacing window shades every 3 years. Lesson learned. I? ll go to a better quality place to replace these with.
UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED
We have ordered several blinds from Select Blinds and have been very happy with the product and service. The latest blind I ordered arrived and hangs uneven. Disappointing, but not a huge deal. I called, sent photos and expected they would send me a new blind. Instead I waited 3 days to receive a 43 second video on how I can fix the blind myself. It did not solve the issue. I then got an email saying that my complaint had been closed because the issue was solved (which it hadn't-they assumed the video would correct the issue). I called again and my customer service rep said she would need another 2-3 days to find out the next possible solution. How about you send me a functioning, new blind? This company typically has good products, but their troubleshooting/customer service is not good. Looking for a different company to use for my projects.

Bad craftsmanship / unevenly made
We have bought a few products on this site and were surprised at how bad this shade is made. The quality has gone down it seems :( Ours is missing a full chunk of fabric in the middle. It? S poorly constructed and the return policy intentionally lets them off the hook for a badly made product. Wouldn? T buy this :/ unfortunately
