Horrible customer sevice!
I purchased 2 cellular shades with the Click2Fit option and a motorized wand. When they arrived one shade was defective. The headrail where the motor was installed was bent and the end was hanging out. Also, one of the Click2Fit brackets would not fit in the window frame as it was too tight even when completely compressed. Then the nightmare with customer service began. I must have made a call to customer service everyday for over a week trying to get the issues resolved. I would spend at least 30 minutes at a time explaining the issues. Due to language issues (India) they could not seem to understand what I was telling them. I had to send pictures which was fine but they would say they didn’t get them. At least 3 different people said they would need to call me back which they never did. One person sent me his email to send him the pictures and when I did, I never heard back. Every time I called it was a different person and had to explain all over again. I think I may finally be getting a new shade but haven’t received it yet. As for the Click2Fit bracket, we had to take the protective rubber end caps off to jam it into the window frame. Never could get them to replace it. NEVER AGAIN!

Perfect Fit
The shades were cut and measured perfectly. They were easy to install and made from quality material. We love the color and are very pleased.
Video install misleading
We expected the easy install with the lever as shown in the video. Instead we had to drill holes and align it properly to install it. So far nothing wrong with the blinds, but was very disappointed on the install. Also, the plastice lift mechanism will deteriorate over time like my last one did. Should be a better, longer lasting material.
Excellent shades at a reasonable price.
These are top quality shades. They are well constructed, with good mountings and use quality fabrics. They do everything the name brand shades do at a much lower cost. I could not be happier with them.
Beautiful, soft, textured honeycomb shades
I? M very happy with this purchase. I chose this color and style for my bedroom windows. I like the fact that the top down bottom up works really well. And the quality is exceptional. I highly recommend.
Beautiful honeycomb shades with a linen feel
I am very happy with this purchase. I did receive it ton of samples and I chose this one for my downstairs rooms because it just has a touch of class and elegance. They look and feel like they? Re made out of linen.

Very nice quality and easy up and down
I just needed one shade for a bathroom window, and wanted it to be top-down-bottom-up so I could see the mountains from my shower :) . Also, I needed the "no-drill" option, because the window was surrounded with tile. This was the perfect choice. The fabric I got was very nice and substantial without seeming "heavy". The bleached white color goes great with my tub. All in all, a perfect purchase.
The best design
I bought this design because I have a little dog that barks at people walking by and to get some light in my entry way I can take advantage of top down. I love these blinds very well made. I have been a customer since 2013 and bought select blinds windows for two homes and I won? T buy from any other supplier. Very happy with quality and customer service! I had to have a couple blinds replaced due to errors made in manufacturing and customer service has been top notch!

From every single aspect of this process, samples to ordering, delivery to installation I am 100% delighted. I used customer service prior to placing order and at order confirmation time. The people I spoke to were extremely helpful and provided reassurance and assistance beyond expectations. They also double checked details as one blind had a cordlock whereas all the others were cordless and they wanted to make sure it was correct. The blinds are up and are exactly how I envisioned. I highly recommend ordering samples as exact tonal color was important to me and made my decision easy plus my price was locked in at that time. Could not be happier!

Nice blinds, but somewhat disappointed
Nice blinds, but somewhat disappointed. I ordered 64 inch length blinds, wanted them to go to the window sill. Window is 63 inches. Blinds are about 2 inches too short. Installation was difficult. Found it very hard to snap them into the brackets, probably need 2 people. I like the blinds overall, they look good.
Perfect
When I inquired about ordering a couple cellular blinds the service rep was very helpful and said she would send me samples of any shades colors that might coordinate with the description of my room color. Within a few days I received at least a dozen samples out of which I selected one that looked like a perfect match. I called and place my order and received an additional 5% off the stated sales price as well as an extended warrantee at no extra cost. When the blinds arrived (on time) they were absolutely a perfect match and the perfect size. They were easy to install and not only look great but function well. I don't think I could ever beat the service of the select blinds staff... and I have purchased from other places in the past (what a nightmare). There's just no comparison. These guys are great!
Good overall, but?
Overall these blinds are decent and look nice, but there? S a few features that could be better. The pull down blinds have a very small button that has to be pressed to operate the blinds up and down. It? S awkward to push and really isn? T necessary. They should pull down without a button.
I did a call in order to specifically order side mounts. Then 3 weeks later when my order showed up there were no side mounts. I contacted Select Blinds and they sent out side Mount brackets. No apology for the mess up and it took almost 2 weeks for the brackets. The proper response would be? Sorry, we? Ll send them out right away? And expedite the shipping!
Other than that they? Re decent for cheap budget blinds. Fit was right on.
